Chapter 100

"No. Nooo!!!" Lorenzo roared. "Don't leave me. Please." He growled as hot tears blurred his vision, sliding down his cheek.

Atkins burst into sheer laughter at seeing him wailing in anguish. "I love that brother. What a sight?" He mocked. "I never knew I'd see this day. The day I'd see you squealing in pain." Atkins was still reliving the moment when the cops graced them with their presence, immediately surrounding them.

Atkins was caught in the act, his gun still in his hand. He wanted to make a run for it but it was too late. One of the officers seized the gun from him, encircling the handcuff around him.

Lorenzo growled and roared as tears slipped past his lashes, trailing down his suit. He placed Lincoln's head on the concrete ground and raced towards his good-for-nothing brother, curling his fists to a ball to beat him black and blue but the detectives wouldn't let him.
