Reminisce

I sat quietly on my bed while staring at Ulva, who hadn’t stopped crying. She was there on the balcony of our room. Just a few minutes before I left them, she followed me to the balcony, eyes closed and crying. I just gave her some time alone.

But she hasn't stopped until now. I have done so many things, but she still doesn't stop crying. So when I couldn't stand it anymore, I got up to go to her. As soon as I was at the sliding door, I could already see her puffy eyes. Her long hair in a ponytail was blowing gently. She was leaning against the railings of the balcony while looking out into the distance.

I'm not used to seeing her this weak. I'm used to the bold and sarcastic Ulva. I remembered Grendel saying that when you love, you don't change; you're just yourself. You will never show your weakness if you are not yourself.
