ALIZA
She looked at me and I saw relief flash through her eyes. Before I could say anything more, she hugged me tightly, her fingers gripping my shirt.
Her voice cracked as she cried out burying her face in my chest, “What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I remember anything? Did I do something wrong that I got such punishment?”
Something inside of me broke by what she said. I didn’t know the answer but I know it will take some time for her to accept this. I couldn't even imagine her sorrow and vulnerability.
“No, you did nothing wrong Aliza. Moon goddess is just testing you.” I hesitated for a moment then wrapped my arms around her and pulled her closer to me, saying in a gentle tone. "And I told you we'll work this out together, right? I will try my best to find your family but until then you will stay here with us.”
She pulled back and her watery blue eyes shifted to mine, filled with hope. Her flushed cheeks, red nose, puffy and innocent eyes looked so tempting that I wanted to kiss and bite them.
So innocent yet sinfully tempting, making me want to do something to her.
Damn it. Am I really that deprived that I am starting to feel sexually attracted to her in her vulnerable moment?
“No I can’t. I can’t be a burden on anyone. Moreover you have already done enough for me.” She replied as tears of helplessness slipped down her eyes.
Before I could stop myself, my hand reached out to her innocent blue eyes and I wiped her tears away. Her breath hitched at my touch and she stopped crying.
She blushed, her eyes dropping shyly when my fingers tucked the stray hairs behind her ears. I leaned down and gave her a tender kiss on the forehead unable to resist the temptress before me.
I told myself to stop but it was too late. My touch made her freeze for a moment but she didn't pull away. Her face flushed more intensely and she nervously bit her lower lip.
Good girl.
“You have done more for me and my pack, Liz. You put yourself in danger to save ray and lost your memories. So, let me take responsibility for that.” I answered, avoiding her eyes so that she couldn’t see the desire for her in them.
"Are you sure?" she asked hesitantly with a cute frown forming on her face.
"Yes of course. You are not alone in this, trust me." I replied smiling gently at her, hoping to make her believe me.

ALIZA
Oh my God. Did he just kiss me? I was still lost in that feeling and his smile just took my heart away. He is such a treat on the eyes that I forgot my sorrow. But a knock on the door disturbed our moment. And a doctor walked in with a nurse.
“Alpha” Nolan greeted him, who simply nodded back with an indifferent and cold expression. ‘Why the sudden switch in mood?’ I thought.
Then the doctor turned his attention to me, “Hi I am Nolan, your attending doctor.”
“Hi I am Aliza.” I replied but I struggled to pay attention to Nolan.
“How are you feeling today, Aliza?” Nolan asked me and I nodded absent mindedly. My eyes kept wandering back to him, our hug and kiss still flashing through my mind making me feel giddy.
Nolan snapped his fingers in front of my face, bringing me back to reality when he saw me distracted. I looked at him, feeling confused.
“Are you okay? You seem distracted,” he asked again and I felt my cheeks heat up with embarrassment.
“Um, yeah, I’m fine,” I stammered, trying to ignore the blush spreading across my face. Nolan raised an eyebrow but didn’t say anything else. Instead, he began checking my vitals, which I was grateful for.
When I a stole a glance at Caspian again, I saw him smirking at me. I quickly looked down, not wanting to meet his teasing gaze anymore. What a way to make a first impression, you idiot, idiot Liza! He must think of me as a desperate woman.
“Is there any pain or discomfort?” Nolan asked looking at me, breaking my line of thoughts yet again.
“Um... a bit. My whole body just feels sore, like I have been asleep for a long time.” I replied. He nodded and went on with his checks.
“Your vitals are back to normal, Aliza,” Nolan said after checking,
“Though, there’s still a trace of wolfsbane in your system. Nothing serious, but you’ll need to rest a bit longer for it to fully clear.” He added in a surprised tone as if he was amazed by my quick recovery.
I felt a sense of relief wash over me and my shoulders relaxed a bit. “Thank you, Dr. Nolan,” I said smiling at him, feeling grateful that these strangers were helping me when my family was nowhere around.
“Oh, please... just call me Nolan. Such a beautiful lady calling me Dr. Nolan makes me feel old.” he replied with a teasing tone. His playful words making me giggle in delight.
“But honestly.. it’s all thanks to your own healing ability that you bounced back so quickly.” he continued with a smile.
Nolan left after that and I could feel Caspian’s intense gaze on me, making me nervous. His scent of lavender and dark musk filled the room, making my heart go haywire.
“Am I really that handsome?” Caspian suddenly said in a deep, sexy voice as I looked up at him in astonishment.
“Yes very handsome.” I blurted out before I could stop myself. My heart raced and eyes widened in horror when the words left my mouth. Caspian’s smirk widened as he looked at with that intense gaze.
‘Did I just say that out loud?’ I thought and shook my head in no, trying to ignore the goose-bumps rising on my neck at his intense gaze.
“Then do you mean I am not handsome?” he asked in a sad mock tone.
"No! Yes, indeed... I mean.. You're not just handsome, you're a walking... sex." I stumbled over words but blurted out the truth yet again, cupping my mouth with my hands in horror.
Damn it. Why can’t I stop embarrassing myself? I do need a filter on my mouth.
Caspian chuckled as his gaze softened yet there was playful glint in his eyes. “You really are something else Aliza, making every moment joyful.” he commented, making me feel inexplicably delighted.
I felt butterflies fluttering in my stomach at the thought of making him happy. And our little moment left me wondering that if I can have this man then losing my memories were worth it.

ALIZAToday after spending the day exploring the town, I ended up in a cozy little café. The fresh aroma of the coffee and chocolate making me feel refreshed and happy. It’s been two days since I moved into Grandmother’s house and I am enjoying every second of it. Although mother was not happy about this and didn’t speak to me.Back in my kingdom, I spent my days learning healing magic with Master Theo and kingdom politics from my mother, Queen Aileen, as the healing fae princess and heir to the kingdom. But now that I'm out of the kingdom, I can finally breathe. This place gave me a space to breathe from the constant stress of expectations and responsibilities of being a princess and an heir. I hadn't realized how much I needed this break until now. This town is just a few miles away from the Crescent Moon Pack, one of the largest and strongest werewolf pack in the country. ALIZAJust when I thought it was over for us, a deep growl echoed through the forest. It was so loud and fierce that even the kidnapper froze in place, his face flashing with fear.My heart was filled with hope.
