CHAPTER SIXTY THREE

CATALINA

My mind continues replaying events of sat night in my head as I sit in the conference room waiting. I am supposed to be heading up a meeting with all the heads of the cartel in Italy but here I am in New York trying to fulfill a revenge fantasy that I have created in my head. Is this really the right choice? For one I know the family will never be pleased with the fact that I will not be joining this meeting physically because of how important it is to all of us.

There will be a lot of debate for who will get to be the head of the cartel now that my father is gone, all of them will come to the table pushing their own agendas and trying to grab as much power as they can just like a pack of hyenas when they smell a carcass on the road.

I have been hearing rumors about things that have been said, alliances that have been formed, conversations and scheming that has been done by various parties all leading up to this meeting.
