Several days have passed, the orange rays of the morning sun have become Alex's favourite beautiful sight since he was hospitalized. Since opening his eyes again, Alex has liked to sit alone on a park bench just to see this beautiful sight. Even today he is willing to wake up very early just to see the sunrise. The sound of birds singing became the music that accompanied his morning.
Alex loved the morning sunshine he saw so much that he couldn't stop smiling. He was so focused on the beautiful scenery that he didn't realize that a girl his age was watching him and walked over to him. The girl was wearing a patient uniform like herself but the girl looked perfectly fine and didn't look sick in the least.
"What are you looking at?" asked the girl.
Alex was immediately surprised when he turned his head and a girl was already sitting beside him. He did not know the girl and this was the first time he had seen her. Alex, who didn't know how to respond to a question from a girl he didn't know, in the end, could only stare at the girl with a confused look.
"Are you new here? This is my first time seeing you. Oh yeah, my name is Ruby, what's your name? " Asked the girl named Ruby while smiling very friendly at Alex.
Although he was reluctant, Alex still mentioned his name to Ruby. Whether it was the sunlight that happened to hit his face or the drug was still working until Alex began to see things very differently.
At that time Alex didn't know why he felt something different when he saw Ruby. He didn't know why Ruby's smiling face when he looked at him looked so radiant.
