I was surprised by what the doctor said. Nicole had confessed from the beginning that she was the daughter of the Martinez family, and I had also checked her background after rescuing the young woman. Still, I had no idea about the results that would come out of the examination between the biological father and daughter.

"Is that right?" I asked, looking at the doctor representing the pre-surgery test result statement.
