Chapter 8: Gathering materials (2)

"Yes." Zhi Yin answered without hesitation

Huang Nian Zhen's lips twitch as he tried to control his emotions. He knows that his son takes everything seriously so he knows that his son is serious about this matter, no matter how strange this is. But, He still cannot find himself believing this without confirming it again.

"Okay. I will do what you said. Anything else? Just spill everything already." Huang Nian Zhen said, When did his son learn to be suspense? Why he cannot just spill everything directly already just like what he's doing in the past. 

Zhi Yin hesitated for a moment before opening his mouth, "Then, Let all the people under us start training their inner force dad. Whether it is man, woman, child, or old. As for those competent ones, they must start training in their combat ability also. The Military is included."

After hearing that, Wang Nian Zhen cannot help but have a bad feeling this time. First, his son asked him to build a thick wall around the capital and now asked him to gather war weapons and even train their people. How come that it looks like there's a world war going to happen?

"Son, did you foresee that there's a war that will be going to happen in the future?"

"No, dad. It's not like that. I cannot really tell you right now but I assure you that it's not like what you are thinking."

After hearing that, Huang Nian Zhen just hummed but he did not notice how Zhi Yin's eyes flashed a hint of deep darkness as he thought, 'The thing that will happen in the near future is more crueler than a war between countries.

At least in war, there's a winner and loser and humans will surely survive from the war, not like the zombie apocalypse where the humans' existence will be totally on the verge of extinction.'

"If there's nothing anymore, then I will leave now. You still need to rest."

"Hmm."

After Huang Nian Zhen left the room, he immediately walks towards the office of Yun Xi Lian.

"You're majesty? Is there something wrong?" Yun Xi Lian asked immediately as he saw the troubled expression of the Emperor.

"Brother in law, Tell me honestly. Is there something wrong with my son's head?"

When Yun Xi Lian heard that, he became stunned as he immediately asked worriedly, he even did not notice that he did not use honorifics when talking to the Emperor.

"What's wrong? What did you see when you visited him?"

Huang Nian Zhen sigh as he repeated what happens when he visited his son with a complicated expression.

Yun Xi Lian fell into deep silence before he looks at the Emperor.

"You're Majesty, The results of the tests indicates that everything is alright with the crown prince. I test His Highness thrice and the results are still the same. In fact, his injuries are healing very fast because of his strong inner force. "

"Then that's good. I was worried that there's something wrong with him after what happened earlier."

"No need to worry Your Majesty. Instead, This subjects think it's better if we followed what the crown prince said. After all, there's nothing wrong in doing what he said." Yun Xi Lian said with a sigh

"Hmm. I know, Then I will be leaving now."

At ten o'clock in the evening on the same day, Zhi Yin secretly checked out in the hospital and gone home since he really doesn't like to stay in hospital.

And since Doctor Yun already confirmed through his full body checkups that his injuries and wounds are already been healed because of his inner force, He already gave him (ZY) his consent to go home.

Besides, he can practice walking in his own home instead of doing it in a hospital or rehabilitation center.

After arriving in his room, Wei Zhi Yin waved his hand and ordered his subordinates Ying Wei and Si Rou,

"Don't disturb me. The two of you can go and rest." Ying Wei and Si Rou immediately answered "Yes".

After hearing them close the door, Wei Zhi Yin stood up from his wheelchair and start walking slowly towards his french window as he gazes down at the lights that flickering in the darkness of the night.

Ever since he was twelve, he moved out of the house that Wei Jing Guan bought in A City where he stayed in his childhood years, and instead, he chooses to stay here, at the Crane Hotel.

The Crane hotel was located in F city, and it is one of the branches of Crane Hotel in A City.

Crane hotel is listed as the most luxurious hotel in the world. This place is not only beautiful but all the staff is trained since young just to serve here and it also has tight securities so people who came here can really relax.

Though the only people who can afford to stay in this place are those rich families who have hundreds of years of foundation.

Just a one-night stay here already costs tens of thousands of dollars and that is the price of the standards room, what's more, the other rooms.

He has already occupied the presidential suite in the crane hotel for more than four years already. It can be said that Wei Jing Guan really loves his 'son' as he gives all that he wants as long as it doesn't have any conflict in his interest.

Five days. Wei Zhi Yin thought. Five days from this day is the birthday celebration of his twin older siblings that will be open in public and it will be held in Imperial Palace in the Imperial Capital.

Imperial Capital is the largest and prosperous city with the strongest defense in the Edrinon Country and even in the world as it is where the most respectable family resides in, the royal family.t

The Imperial Palace is also located in the inner ring of the Imperial Capital. That's why its defense and security are very strong and tight. And not everyone can enter the Imperial Palace. Only on a special occasion does it opens and accepts guests.

Besides, the Imperial palace in the inner ring, only the mansions of the 12guardian families are located in inner ring along with the the main military camp and some important laboratories.

That's why even if the area of the inner ring of the imperial capital is very big, there's only total of 20families who live in it. The Imperial Family, the 12 Guardian families and the remaining 7families who are distant relatives of Imperial family.

Zhi Yin sigh as he turn around and thought, If he wants to go to Imperial Capital from F City.  It will take 5days and 14hours if he took a car with an average speed but it will take less than a day if he took a private plane so, he decided to take the plane as he still needs to gather resources and prepare for the upcoming zombie apocalypse even though it still one year and six months before that faithful day arrive.

*On the same day, Imperial Palace, Quarter to 10 PM*

"Brother Yun, What's bring you here to visit at this time?"

Yun Xi Lian turns towards the door as he saw his younger sister's husband, His Majesty Huang Nian Zhen entered the door and walks towards him as he sat down on the sofa opposite him.

The two of them saw each other this morning at D city's hospital, and now, he's here visiting the emperor at the palace late at night.

"Well, Pardon my sudden appearance here You're Majesty but this subject came to report to You're Majesty. I came here secretly because of what his Highness Crown Prince ordered me to do. His Highness Crown Prince assigned me a task that I need to complete before we parted ways earlier."

Huang Nian Zhen cannot help but narrowed his eyes because of what his brother-in-law said. He said the word 'Assigned me' and addressed his nephew 'His Highness Crown Prince' which means that Zhi Yin used his identity as the crown prince to ordered his mother's older brother.

Just by using his identity as the crown prince to assigned a task means that this task is very important and must be completed no matter what happens.

"Let Zhen hear what task exactly is it?" Huang Nian Zhen cannot help but ask

(A/N: Zhen — This is the way how emperor addressed themselves, In English, It will be transferred as 'This Emperor')

If his son gave a task using the crown prince status there's no reason for his brother-in-law to come here to report it to him except if this task is somehow related to him, His father.

"Well, this is what happens You're Majesty..."

~ Flashback ~

A man sat seriously in the private room of a high-class restaurant in the F city.

This man is Doctor Yun Xi Lian and although he is already 80 years old this year, He still retained the appearance of a man in his late twenties. Although he is known in the medical world as a number one doctor, he is also well known in the martial arts world as he is well versed in martial arts and have a strong inner force that's why he retains his young appearance.

He already sat there for half a burn of incense of time but no impatience can be seen in his face as he waits silently and patiently for the person who summoned him here.

A few minutes passed by and the door of the private room suddenly opened and two figures entered the room. The first figure was a youth who has silver hair who was sitting in a wheelchair, which is being pushed by a tall man who is wearing a bodyguard suit. This two figure is no other than Wei Zhi Yin and he's bodyguard, Ying Wei.
