Finn couldn’t ignore the nagging feeling inside him. Deep down, his instinct seemed to notice the abnormality that occurred around him. It started ever since Shadow suddenly visited him. Her image from last night was too strong in his head. Her eyes were colored with redness, the color of madness.

And if he didn’t know better, he would rather gloss it over as usual.

However, he was talking about Shadow. Every action had its own purpose. Shadow was also a tricky bitch.

“What are you trying to do?” His brain had to link everything to last night.

“Crown prince?” His beautiful cousin tilted her head, her long hair waved to the side.

He ignored her but focused all his senses on his surroundings. Still, he found nothing suspicious except for the missing future bride. The people were already murmuring between them, assuming all they wanted.

Yet, he focused – it was an omnipresent-aware kind of type. It was hard to describe this foreboding feeling where all he could hear was his own breath
