“That’s entirely a different sentence, Your Highness.” Zainal retorted in false bravado, squeezing his fists.

Malikul took a peek at the sleeping Shadow that was sprawling on the long sofa, sleeping soundly despite how loud they were.

Currently, he is inside Shadow’s temporary office, taking over her job to ease up her workload. Zainal and Ilham were part of the investigation team. Right now, they’re reporting the whole situation.
