Late Night Attack (2)

Looking at the shabby bomb pit trap just near Amino’s tent, Jose couldn’t believe his own eyes. He wondered whether Naomi was currently playing with him or she, indeed, was shit on making a trap.

Whatever it was, the trap was looking messy and obvious. He doubted that she was joking around. Her eyes were so sincere and now, making him bad for shading the trap in the first place.

“Ah, be careful, we have also dug some spike pit traps… everywhere.”

Jose was so unsure whether he should listen to the command or not but he was certain that Naomi had no talent in this.

“Okay.” He just solemnly nodded his head.

Then, they heard the incoherent murmurs of the patrolled soldiers beyond the tent. It seemed like they intended to walk past this place.

Jose slapped Naomi’s elbow to alert her.

“Let’s go back.” Naomi simply changed into a bat and flapped her tiny wings.

Jose and the rest of the ambush squad followed suit and flew up to the sky.

“We will watch it from above.” Naomi searched
