It was a good morning like any other day.

In a good mood, Wan, Akmal, Anis, Qila, and Apiq came to work. They greeted each other respectfully. Soon, their smiles disappeared, except for Akmal.

“What is he doing here?” Wan halted at the entrance of the office.

His boss was lounging in the common room in plain sight, screaming ‘I’m here, It is in your best interest to take notice of me’ air around.

“... thought he was on the way to their honeymoon.” Anis swallowed her saliva, visibly nervous for no reason.

“I have anonymously dropped a few beautiful sites for them to make love,” Qila said in between her gritted teeth.

Everyone groaned.

“Don’t say it like that.”

“We need not know about our head’s sex life.”

“What is wrong with you?”

Apiq, Wan, and Anis spoke in that order.

“My worry is valid. Our boss has stalked his wife for as long as he has lived. Don’t you expect him to not let her go for a couple of days… or weeks in that matter.”

“Gosh!”
