Ibrahim listened tentatively silently. He was inclined to believe his daughter had a reason to get so mad. Whatever she said would be presumingly correct and he had nothing to against it. To him, Shadow was never wrong and if she was ever wrong, she was actually right. Whatever it was.

Juviana, Miley, Julian, David, and Nathan watched Shadow quietly, controlling their breath, and chased her not far behind, putting a distance. For them, their mental safety was of utmost importance. Her rumors weren’t an exaggeration, if anything, people downplayed them a lot.

She wasn’t a sadistic freak, but a silent storm that potentially killed them if they weren’t careful enough.

They took off to a foreign kingdom as soon as they were summoned. Best believe they heard no explanation of some sort but her strained voice of her was enough to keep them on their toes.
