Chapter 37;

*First Person's Pov*

I've been like an idiot waiting for the rubies and doves to appear. The prophecy might be wrong, or maybe my mortal parents found a different child and I'm not really the Goddess of Love's daughter.

And just when I thought I disappointed everyone, I saw hope on their faces when I opened my eyes. They all believe in me, and I should be doing the same thing to myself.

"I can do this!" I encouraged myself before I closed my eyes once again.

I thought about everyone, about the two worlds that I need to protect from Velion's greed. And in my vission I saw the children's innocent faces, couples living a happy life together, trees, animals. Everyone is living a happy and peaceful life, and I could not afford to fail them. They all deserve a life like that and it will all depend on me. I'm the chosen one and I should believe that the prophecy chose me because I am strong and capable.

"Wow they're beautiful!" I automatically opened my eyes when I heard Diane's words. And to my surprise, I'm surrounded by beautiful white doves and shining rubies that were as red as blood.

"You did it your highness!" Leanna screamed.

"You did it my dear grandchild, you have proven that you can summon the main symbols of the Goddess of love. You really are Aphrodite's daughter!" Grandpa Zeus praised me.

I could no longer hide my happiness that's why I jumped out of joy. I was starting to doubt myself earlier but I'm glad it turned out well.

"Remember that your powers will follow your heart. If your heart is pure, then your power will not be stained by evilness. But if you're weak and you will easily gets defeated by greed and hatred then the power you possessed now will be turned to darkness. In whatever circumstances always choose to be kind and use your powers in a good way," grandma Hestia reminded us.

After our power control training with grandpa Zeus and grandma Hestia, mom prepared nice dishes for all of us. She cooked my favorite foods and I couldn't help but admire its mouth watering aroma.

"Wow! I really can't believe that the Goddess of Love is also a good cook!" Lyndon complemented after having a bite of mom's chicken caldereta.

We all laughed at him which he answered with a 'what is your problem' look.

"Sometimes Gods have to live along with humans for some reasons. That's why we need to learn how to cook and act like them," my mom stated.

"Aphrodite's right, one of our duties is to see to it that the mortals are not overusing their rights and capabilities to disrespect nature and some animals," grandma Demeter added. I did not notice that she's standing behind my mom.

"Well, enough with those talks we must let them enjoy their meal," my brother Eros said then he smiled at me.

"He's right, they were so tired earlier so they have to eat," grandpa Zeus agreed with Eros as well. Then, the Gods and Goddesses left as alone to enjoy our meal.

Lyndon, Diane and I had an amazing dinner. Our tummies were already full thanks to my mom for preparing those delicious foods.

"I'm a bit sleepy," Diane said with a yawn.

"Me too," I agreed with her. Our training for today was quite tough and we all deserve to have some rest after all.

"Well, I think you should all rest your highnesses." Leanna suddenly appeared out of the blue.

"You scared us!" Diane screamed which made Leanna chuckle.

"How long have you been there?" I thought she left with the Gods but it turned out she's with us all throughout our meal.

"Well, since you started eating. My duty is to serve you your highness and I will do it as long as I'm alive," she said which made my heart melt.

I could no longer look for a dedicated servant like her. She's not just a sister to me but also a loyal companion.

"Thank you Leanna," I told her before I stood up to give her a hug.

"Your highness, there's no need for you to thank me. Like I said earlier, it's my duty to serve you. I was born for this job," she replied with a smile.

"Not everyone is lucky to have a loyal servant Leanna. That's why I'm lucky enough that I have you," I told her.

"Well apparently, not everyone is given the chance to stay and grow up with the chosen one. It's my greatest pleasure and honor to be with you." Tears started falling from my eyes. I did not know that Leanna felr honored to be with me. It's so heart melting.

"You're so emotional Ana," Diane teased me when she noticed the tears in my eyes.

"Tsk! You're just jealous because you don't have a loyal servant like Leanna," Lyndon said which made Diane mad.

"One more word and you'll be stabbed with this fork," she threatened while holding a fork in her hand.

"You know what guys you really look like a cute couple," I teased then they both glared at me.

"Cute couple my ass!"

"Do you you really think I really wanted us to be called a couple? Dream on you brat!" Lyndon said that made Diane more angry.

"You freak! I won't have a single care with what ever word you say!" Diane glared at Lyndon before she walks out of the dining room.

"Look at how she behaves Ana! Look!" Lyndon told me that made mae laugh so hard.

"But you can't hide the fact that she's beautiful," I told him.

"Yes," he answered automatically.

I screamed at the top of my lungs. Looks like my guess is right. Something's going on with this two and they still can't figure it out. They thought they are irritated with each others presence, but actually they are starting to fall inlove with each other.

"What's wrong with you?" Lyndon asked me irritatedly.

"Nothing, I probably need some rest." Then I winked at Leanna which made her chuckle.

Looks like I will be having a lot of missions from now on. First, I need to help Lyndon and Diane realise their feelings for each other.
