One of the paramedics knelt beside Lucas, checking his pulse and vitals. "We need to get him to the hospital immediately," he said to his colleagues. They carefully lifted Lucas onto a stretcher and carried him to the ambulance.

Inside the ambulance, the paramedics worked frantically to stabilize Lucas's condition. They hooked him up to various machines, monitoring his heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. Lucas was barely conscious, muttering Andrianne's name over and over again.

The ambulance sped through the city streets, weaving in and out of traffic, its siren blaring loudly to clear the way. Lucas's condition was critical, and they needed to get him to the hospital as quickly as possible.
