Kael’s POV

The Village we were based in was attacked by hunters, Elara and I fought relentlessly.

We had to defend them, give them hope, and fight alongside their warriors.

The battlefield was littered with bodies, the scent of blood thick in the air.

Finally it was over. We had won. But my gaze wasn’t on the fallen hunters or the victorious pack. It was on Elara.

Who fought skillfully, defeating every one of the hunters.

She was in the middle of it all. She was breathing hard, her chest rising and falling, eyes glowing with a fierce light. There was something terrifyingly beautiful about her at that moment. A warrior. A leader. A true Alpha.

And I hated it.

Not because she wasn’t worthy of the title, of course she was. But because every time I saw her like this, I felt the pull grow stronger. That damn pull that refused to let me go.

I loved her the most.

She turned, and our eyes met. For a heartbeat, the chaos around us faded.

“Kael,” she called, her voice steady despite the exha

Kael's POV.Since the celebration the previous day. I kept ignoring Elara. It didn't make any sense. We had planned to continue our journey from the village, but the leader thought it would be best to gather a little information from the camp the hunters based before attacking the village. He was right, it's better to start from somewhere. We found their camp and searched for any clue or information. The only thing we found was a piece of letters. They were hiding their tracks. We headed back to the village to prepare for the journey ahead. Elara curiosity keyed in.She asked the leader of the village to teach her some of his moves, which he was delighted to do.I couldn't argue with her. We weren't talking.I regretted my actions the previous night, I shouldn’t have kissed her intimately and told her we couldn't be together the next day. I watched Elara as she moved across the training ground, sweat glistening on her skin, her expression fierce. She was pushing herself harder than

Elara’s POVThe forest was quiet except for the sound of leaves crunching beneath my boots. I kicked at them absently, watching the dry, curled edges scatter ahead of me like tiny boats on a river of dirt. The sun filtered through the trees, golden and soft, but it did nothing to ease the tension clinging to the air.We weren't talking to each other. We were alone and the fact he kissed me, letting my emotions flow and leaving me alone for tradition sake still got me mad at him.He walked beside me, stiff and silent. He had been like this ever since we left the village. He didn’t look at me, didn’t acknowledge my presence. We just marched forward like a man on a mission, like I wasn’t right there next to him.I sighed loudly, kicking another pile of leaves, this time, a little harder. Some of them flew up and hit Kael’s leg. He still didn’t react.Maybe I was seeking his attention.I just wanted him to say something.Great. He was going to ignore me forever.I glared at the back of

Luca’s POVMy eyes fluttered open, adjusting to the dim light filtering through the entrance of the cave. I inhaled deeply, expecting the usual sharp pain in my side, but then to my surprise, it had dulled significantly.I glanced down at my bandaged wound, noticing that my body was fighting off the poison, the sickly heat that had burned through me now reduced to a faint hum.I flexed my fingers, testing my strength. It felt like the worst had passed."You’re awake," the voice was a calm, familiar voice. Of course I lived with Lyanna.I turned his head to see Elara’s mother, kneeling beside me with a bowl of fresh herbs. Her face, though gentle, was lined with exhaustion."I applied more medicine while you slept," she said, carefully placing the bowl down. "You’re healing faster than I expected."I propped himself up on one elbow, wincing slightly. "It’s thanks to you. I owe you my life."She waved a hand dismissively. "No life is owed to me, only fate deciding what path we walk."I

Luca’s POVThe forest was eerily silent as we moved through the dense underbrush, our footsteps barely making a sound against the damp earth. The weight of what was coming pressed against my chest like an iron chain. Every step we took carried us closer to the unknown, to whatever remnants of our pack had survived.Elara’s mother walked beside me, her pace steady despite her age. There was a quiet determination in her movements, a resolve that had not wavered since we left the cave. She had told me she wouldn’t be here much longer, yet she moved as if she carried the strength of a hundred lifetimes. The sky above was a deep shade of violet, the first hints of dawn stretching across the horizon. It was the perfect time to travel—before the hunters stirred, before the creatures of the night disappeared into their hiding places.Still, an unease settled in my bones.Something was watching us.I slowed my steps, my hand instinctively resting on the dagger strapped to my side. • ELARA; THE LUNAR ALPHA    The First Clan

Alpha Dorian’s POV The council chamber was silent, save for the crackling fire in the massive hearth. Shadows danced along the stone walls, their flickering shapes as restless as the warriors gathered before me. I stood at the head of the long table, my fingers pressed against the polished wood as I surveyed my advisors, each a leader in their own right, each bearing the weight of our clan’s future. The First Clan had ruled these lands long before any of the lesser packs had risen to power. We were the foundation of the werewolf legacy, the guardians of our kind’s true strength. And now, that legacy was being threatened. My patrol had reported Luca was in our territory. He wasn't with the Lunar Alpha. At Least I knew he wasn't dead after all. I despised him. He was so full of himself. “The survivors are regrouping,” I said, my voice calm but laced with steel. “Luca has found them.” A low murmur spread through the room. None of them were surprised. If anyone could pull a bro

Luca’s POVThe night smelled of war. We had stepped into the First Clan. It wasn't a good idea, I knew their leader didn't like me but he pretended whenever we gathered in the council. We tried our best to leave the territory before they could realise it.Then I perceived the scent of damp earth, sweat, and something far more dangerous, blood. It lingered thick in the air, a silent promise of what was to come. The First Clan was coming. They knew we were here and would attack.I stood on a rocky outcrop overlooking the clearing where the remnants of my pack prepared for the inevitable. We were battered, worn from days of journeying, but not broken. Not yet.Lyanna stepped up beside me, her silver eyes reflecting the moonlight. “They’ll be here soon,” she murmured, scanning the forest beyond.“I know.”She hesitated. “We can still run, Luca.”I turned my gaze to her, sharp and unyielding. “No.”Running was all we had done. Kael and I had managed to fight a few hunters we came across and now, for the first time in weeks, we had a moment to breathe. But I couldn’t shake the feeling we were being followed.Standing at the edge of the forest, I watched as Kael questioned the hunters who had once sought to destroy us. Their gazes were wary, some still defiant, but they all recognized what had happened. They were very secretive and protective.Kael came over to where I stood beside me, arms crossed. "This victory doesn't change everything," he muttered. "The hunters are still out there and very secretive."I nodded, clenching my fists. The hunters had been a growing problem. Elara's POV The night air was thick with the scent of damp earth and pine as I made her way toward the stronghold. The torches lining the pathways flickered in the wind, casting long shadows against the stone walls. It had been a long day—negotiations with the clan leaders, settling disputes, and reassuring the elders that the alliance would hold. And then there was Luca.I smiled to myself, remembering his teasing remark."If we had met in high school, you would have had a crush on me, right?"The memory made me chuckle. Luca was always so effortlessly charming. But my amusement faded as I neared the war chamber. The moment she stepped inside, she felt it.A shift in the air.Kael was there. He stood near the large wooden map table, his arms crossed over his broad chest, his golden eyes sharp as they settled on her. His expression was unreadable, but there was something stormy in his gaze.I hesitated. “Lyanna said you were looking for me. What’s wrong?”Kael didn’t answer right awa

Elara's POV The Eight Clans of the Moon were finally united. For the first time in centuries, werewolves of all bloodlines stood side by side under one banner. But I knew unity was only the first battle—the true war was still ahead.Raven would not sit idly by and accept his defeat. He was still out there, lurking in the shadows, waiting for his chance to strike back. And I needed to be ready.I called for a war council within the Lunar Stronghold, where the Eight Clans would discuss their next move. The leaders gathered around a massive stone table, maps and battle plans laid out before them.Kael stood at my right, his arms crossed. "We can’t sit and wait for Raven to attack. We need to take the fight to him."Lyanna nodded. "But we must be careful. If we rush in blindly, we risk losing everything we’ve built."The leader of the fifth clan, the cunning leader of the assassin clan, smirked. "I say we strike from the shadows. Let him feel the fear we have felt for years."The third c

  • ELARA; THE LUNAR ALPHA    The Journey To The Third Clan

Elara's POV My warriors and I had traveled for days, pushing through snow-covered landscapes and icy winds that cut like daggers. The Third Clan was the most isolated of the eight clans, living in the frozen wastelands of the north. Their warriors were strong, resilient, and unforgiving, shaped by the harsh environment that had become their home.I had heard the stories—how their ancestors had been abandoned in battle, left to fend for themselves while the Ninth Clan retreated. Now, I had to convince them to join her cause.Kael, walking beside me, pulled his fur-lined cloak tighter. "Are you sure they will listen?""No," I admitted. "But I won’t leave without trying."Lyanna exhaled, her breath visible in the cold air. "Then we better be ready for anything."As we neared the Third Clan stronghold, they saw figures on the cliffs above, watching our approach. The warriors of the Third Clan were clad in silver and white armor, their ice-blue eyes piercing through the snowstorm.Suddenl

  • ELARA; THE LUNAR ALPHA    United We Stand

Elara's POV After securing the allegiance of the Fifth Clan, I knew her next challenge would be even greater. The Fourth Clan, dwelling deep within the swamps, was the most elusive of all the werewolf clans. Their members were known for their secrecy and mastery of dark magic. Many considered them more myth than reality.Few who entered their lands returned, and those who did spoke of illusions, dangerous creatures, and whispers in the mist. But if I truly wanted to reunite the eight clans, I needed the Fourth Clan wolves on her side.I was accompanied by Kael, Lyanna, and a handful of warriors, set off toward the southern marshlands where the Fourth Clan resided. The journey was slow and treacherous. The deeper we ventured, the more unnatural the landscape became. Thick fog curled around the trees, shadows moved without a source, and distant whispers echoed through the air.Luca shuddered. "I don’t like this place. It feels… alive."Kael, ever the strategist, kept his hand on his we

  • ELARA; THE LUNAR ALPHA    A Call For Unity

Elara's POV The morning sun bathed the land in golden light as I stood atop a hill overlooking the First Clan’s stronghold. The battle against Raven and the hunters had been won, but the cost was heavy. Fields were scorched, homes reduced to rubble, and families mourned their fallen. The war had left scars, not just on the land but on the hearts of the werewolves.I clenched my fists, inhaling deeply as the cool breeze brushed against my skin. The air carried the scent of damp earth and the lingering echoes of battle, but beneath it all, there was something else, a whisper of hope.I turned to face the gathered warriors and council members. Luca stood at my right, his expression hard with resolve. Lyanna was nearby, her sharp gaze scanning the horizon, ever watchful. Kael, standing just behind me, radiated silent strength, his presence a constant source of reassurance.“The war is over,” I began, my voice clear and unwavering. “But our true battle has just begun.”Murmurs rippled t

  • ELARA; THE LUNAR ALPHA    The Fall Of The Hunters And Rise Of Peace

Elara’s POV The morning sun barely touched the horizon when I stood before my warriors, my people—my pack. The war had stretched for too long, costing lives, homes, and countless sacrifices. But tonight, it will end. I had spent weeks gathering every able warrior, scouting the lands, and hunting down the remnants of Raven’s forces. The hunters had plagued the werewolf clans for far too long, tearing through our numbers like a disease. Not anymore. Dressed in my battle leathers, I walked through the ranks of my warriors. Their eyes burned with the same fire that coursed through my veins. They believed in me. And tonight, we would reclaim our lands and restore the balance that Raven sought to destroy. I turned to Kael, who stood at my side. “Are they ready?” His silver eyes met mine. “They would follow you to the ends of the earth.” A slow exhale left my lips. I nodded, turning to face my army. “Tonight, we end this war.” A roar of approval filled the air as I raised my sword,

Elara’s POVThe morning was crisp, the sky painted in shades of deep blue and streaks of silver as I made my way to the Sanctuary of the Moon. This was where my journey would reach its final test—the last quest that would determine whether I was worthy of being ordained as the Lunar Alpha.I had faced trials that tested my strength, my will, and my loyalty. I had battled against fate itself, emerging victorious against enemies who sought to break me. And now, one final step remained. As I stepped onto the sacred ground, the Elders of the Council stood before me in a solemn line. Their robes fluttered gently in the morning breeze, their expressions unreadable.Lyanna stood among them, her gaze steady, but I could see the flicker of emotion in her eyes—pride, perhaps, or hope. The great silver moonstone stood tall in the center of the sanctuary, glowing faintly under the rising sun. It was said that only those chosen by the Moon Goddess could awaken its full power.“The final quest,” th

The war had begun. And yet…Elara was still standing. The news of her progress through the Lunar Trials had reached me swiftly. First, she had faced her past and survived. Then, she had endured the Moon’s Labyrinth—an ordeal that had crushed even the strongest werewolves before her.But she wasn’t just surviving. She was winning.A sharp growl rumbled in my throat. The so-called Lunar Alpha was growing stronger. Too strong.I tapped my fingers against the wooden table, my patience thinning. "She thinks she can defy fate." My voice was quiet, but the men standing before me flinched.“She has already passed two trials, my Lord,” one of my hunters muttered.I knew that already. That’s why I had to act, before she became unstoppable. With a slow smirk, I leaned forward. “Summon the sorcerer.
