They came
In the human world, Bella's parents came back to the city, and they rented their old house which they sold before leaving the city. They were unpacking the boxes when Bella came running inside the house to visit her parents.
She was so excited to meet her parents after so long, she is practically bouncing on her toes since the moment they called her that morning.
"Mom" she called her when she heard a rustling sound coming from the kitchen.
Grace stilled when she heard her daughter's voice. She rushed out of the kitchen to see if she really heard Bella calling her or it's just her imagination like always. Her eyes welled with tears when she saw her daughter standing in the middle of their house, looking around.
It's been so long since Grace saw Bella in her childhood home. Cameron tormented their family beyond repair and she never thought Bella would be standing in front of her like this.
