Blaze was working in his office when he felt it. The pain was so excruciating, that he couldn't breathe. Only one thought came to his mind.
"Bella"
This is the pain you experience when you lose your mate or when you are about to lose her.

He found out from his guard that his Bella is visiting her parents. She informed the guard that she would call Blaze when she is done here. Blaze is actually waiting for her to call him.
But instead of that, he is experiencing this pain. Without wasting a second, he shifted in the middle of her parents living area. The scene he saw there brought him to his knees.
