"Dad…" Genevieve stood up terrified, her mother had this surprised look on her face.
"David…" Miranda uttered in a bleak.
"Sam! Sam!" David yelled in a loud voice and a few minutes later both Sam and Tia stepped down the stairs.
Married for almost twelve years, Tia and Sam had no children...and they didn't even want it.
Tia was more focused on her beauty, her curvy figure and beautiful skin were all she was worried about, while Sam was into young girls.
David was fuming with anger when his brother asked the matter he couldn't help but yell at him.
"Sam! What do you think of yourself?" David grabbed the collar of his shirt and asked aggressively.
Tia gasped putting both of her hands on her mouth while Miranda stood silently.
"I tolerate you enough...Sam, this has become your habit. First, my wife and now my daughter!"
Both Genevieve and Tia we're astonishingly shocked.
Sam when his younger days used to flirt with his brother's girlfriend, Miranda.
At times she ignored it but when the things got out of hand, she let her boyfriend, David know about it.
When David and Miranda got married they lived separately while Sam lived alone, later he got married and moved in with Tia.
"Get out of my house!" he stated sternly, pushing him away.
"But...brother…" Sam was unaware, he wasn't expecting Genevieve to tell everything to her parents.
"You were harassing...first my wife. And now, my daughter!" Hearing this, Tia was in a trance.
The colour drained off Sam's face as if he was caught red-handed.
David has been silent for years, he when heard what his wife has said about Sam he simply moved out.
David didn't want to fight with his brother but now he had enough.
"Brother!" Sam pleaded in a shaky tone.
Tia stepped forward to slap her husband, she was raging with resentment.
"Why? Tell me, why?" Tia grabbed the collar of his shirt and asked in an annoyed tone.
Miranda gestured to Genevieve to go upstairs while the elders were talking.
Tia kept on slapping him when Sam finally slapped his wife so hard that she fell on the floor.
Within a moment she began to quiver on the floor, holding her stomach.
Miranda ran to help her while David pulled Sam away.
"Sam!" he yelled then asked Miranda, "What happened?"
"I don't know, let's take her to hospital…" she suggested.
The shrieks of Tia were too loud and Genevieve was looking from upstairs when Sam blurted out, "She's overreacting. It's nothing…"
"Sam. " Miranda cuts David off speaking terrified, "David.. "
Her eyes wide open and she stared at the blood coming from Tia's legs.
David and Sam became worried when the elders took Tia to the hospital, Genevieve called her friends to stay with her.
That night they came to know that Tia was pregnant however she had a miscarriage.
Unexpectedly Griffin let out a gasp snapping back from the moment and took a deep breath.
Her facial expressions were just like she has been feeling all of the things happening very closely.
"She was being pestered, my Lord…" Griffin informed Lord Nathan who walked forward, his arms still crossed onto his chest and he uttered, "Careful, Griffin. I want to know everything. Take me to her fantasy world…" he had this wry smirk on his face and the enchantress did exactly what the master told her to.
*Back to Genevieve's mind*
"No! My parents can't die! No! Please!" there was Genevieve, dressed in a beautiful black maxi gown, a black coloured diamond-cut heavy crown was placed elegantly on her head, her hair was let loose in bouncy curls, a natural-looking makeup on her face.
It was the night of the custom party in her college and she was dressed as the Queen...the powerful Queen.
The only flaw upon her was...the black tears flowing down from her eyes.
Her mascara was ruined by now and Genevieve was in deep trauma.
She got unexpected startling news about the death of her parents.
"It was a car crash…" Tia spoke in a sympathetic tone.
And for Genevieve was like her whole world had been torn apart...the terrible feeling deep down in her heart was making it hard for her to condone.
She still couldn't accept the fact that her parents were now dead.
Genevieve mourned and cried, she languished over.
She felt like the rug swept from under her, the realization that she would never see or meet her parents again struck her.
The moment her eyes laid upon her uncle Sam, rage flushed down her veins as she noticed the smirk on his evil face.
"You did this! Didn't you?" hitting him two times in the chest, Genevieve was going mad in wrath.
"Enough!" with a swift movement, Sam got hold of her hands and pushed her back, Genevieve fell on the floor.
Her uncle and aunt were awful people and she got sure about it now.
"Get your shit together, babygirl…" Sam spoke in a disgusted tone.
"Yeah, go to your room. Enough with the bullshit. Your parents are dead now!"
Genevieve never expected Tia to behave like this.
She had no one now and her parents will never come back.
That night Genevieve cried like an insane person, her eyes were blood red and puffy, she was broke...all alone in this cruel world.
Only at the mercy of her uncle and the aunt.
A few days passed after the funeral and Genevieve was sitting on the grave of her parents, tears in her eyes, she had no friends now.
Tia has lied about her to her friends that all of them ended the friendship with her.
It was only Abbey, she put a hand on her shoulder. Both of the girls withdrew the dried leaves from the grave.
Genevieve remained in her bedroom all day, with the locked door.
She was hungry one night when she was walking down and heard some voices coming from Sam and Tia's room.
"Tell me, now. Sam. You were involved with Genevieve."
"Oh, she is a slut. She was trying to throw herself on me…" he spoke casually.
Genevieve felt victimized in her own house. And now her mother or father was not there to help her.
Tears streamed down her face and she went back to her room, locking the door, she wept sitting on the floor.
Sam and Tia often invited their friends and Tia's side of the family.
Whenever Genevieve stepped down the stairs, she noticed a new face.
One day she stepped down the stairs in a tank top with denim shorts and a man laid his eyes on her.
The way he was gawking at her made Sam's blood boil.
Sam was sitting having wine with his friends, with a clenched jaw he uttered, "Go upstairs!"
"Who is this sexy girl?" the drunk man rubbed his chin with a brooding smirk on his face.
"She is my daughter!" Sam glowered with a heavy voice.
When his friends went away, he rushed upstairs after gulping his wine.
Genevieve was sitting on her bed, reading a book. And she forgot to lock her door so he barged in.
Sam looked like some sort of a monster, with bloodshot eyes and raised ears he hastened up to her while she tried to run.
He caught and grabbed her arms, pushing her onto the wall and she let out the shrieks.
"Aunt Tia!"
"Help me!"
"Please!"
His hot breaths and stingy wine breath hit directly on her nose when he cocked her head to the other side.
Grabbing her chin roughly he murmured, "You've caused me enough troubles, for now, Genevieve…"
She was trying constantly to shove him away hence the man was a stronger one.
She was nothing in front of him.
Sam pulled out his belt from his pants and made her hands tied with it.
She kept on pleading and crying and shrieking, her screams echoed around the house.
He pushed her towards the bed and within a second she fell on it, Sam got on top of her, she was laying on her stomach.
Sam pulled his shirt off and threw it on the floor.
"No! Please!" she begged endlessly.
"Call your parents! Where are they, now?"
"Shout as much as you can. No one will help you…"
he began to kiss her neck and she could only cry.
Tia twisted the doorknob and stepped in the house, her hands full with the shopping bags, she heard the noises coming from upstairs.
Tia tilted her head to look at the empty glasses and bottles of wine and understood what had happened there.
She dropped all the shopping bags and rushed upstairs.
"Cry as much as you like! Let's see how much of a virgin you are..." Sam was so close to ripping her shirt and she was pestering underneath him.
"No!" she pleaded loudly.
"Sam!" Tia shouted rushing inside the room, pushing her husband away from the girl.
"Aunt Tia!" Genevieve had the hope in her eyes now, her voice a little shaky.
"Tia! She has been asking me to fuck her!" Sam like any shameless man would lie this time too.
Tia walked forward to unbelt her hands and then turned to slap her husband.
"Fuck you! You are trying to cheat on me!" Tia yelled aggressively.
Running a hand through his hair, he became silent as if the cat got his tongue.
"Get lost, Sam!" his wife declared fiercely.
Her eyes crinkled when Tia went to her and sat beside her.
"Are you okay?" asked the aunt.
Terrified Genevieve could not utter a word and Tia was frightened deep down.
If she calls the cops at this time, Sam would have been in jail.
"Leave...me alone…" she managed to stutter with continuous tears flowing off her eyes.
"Look, Genevieve. If I helped you today doesn't mean I am on your side. I know how my husband is. I did not save you today for you...but me. I did this for me. I have no sympathy for you...just know, you will suffer here more than anything."
"Why do you hate me so much?" Genevieve asked in a rush.
"Why not? You had everything once...when we were homeless. Your parents raised you to be a good girl. And yet we have no children. Everything I wished for, Miranda had it. A loving husband, a lavish house, money and a beautiful daughter. Don't. I deserve this all?"
"It's not our fault that you don't have such things…" Genevieve's voice was gruff.
"Of course, not. Don't you understand? I wanted to destroy your family. And it's just destroyed now...so easy that your parents are dead now. And without them you are nothing."
"Tia! You are such a gold-digging slut!" Genevieve spoke in a pathetic tone and got a hot slap on her face.
"Dare to talk to me in such a tone again and you will see who the real slut is…"
Tia stood up to walk a few steps then stopped to inform, "From now on you will do the house chores. This is not your parent's house at all but my husband and I rule it!"
Closing the door behind her, Tia chuckled to leave.
Genevieve sobbed clutching the picture frame of her parents near to her heart.
An hour passed by and it was midnight, and an idea popped on her mind.
She decided to run away from this house...in this house, she has enemies living here.
Her uncle wants to harass her and fuck her while her aunt wants her to be a maid of this house…
Packing a small bag she changed her clothes and unfolded the window, she threw the bag on the ground and jumped off the window.
It was the only floor and she hissed in the pain while she hurt her knee.
The white jeans from the knee side was a little red...but she grabbed her bag running away from there.
Griffin went back to reality so was Nathan.
Taking a deep breath, he uttered, "Woah! That was a lot…"
"What now, my Lord?" asked the enchantress and he blinked his eyes twice responding, "time to pay them back. Isn't it, Griffin?" and the woman let out a wicked grimace.
"Now, where were you, Griffin?" Raya asked, taking the glass of wine on her left hand.In front of her was the same woman dressed in black, her long black hair resting in peace.
The car stopped at the gate of the lavishing grey coloured building and the bodyguards came to open the door from both sides.Nathan stepped out, hoisting his shades at his eyes, adjusted his blazer and Genevieve jumped out to follow him.
It was dinner time, Genevieve walked out in the garden where the dinner table was arranged for the guests. The people were chattering, Nathan was present there too. Genevieve took a secretive look at her boss, dressed in a white polo t-shirt with black jeans, he looked handsome. She, on the other hand, was dressed in a knee-length floral frock, her hair let loose to her back, blowing from the air. After dinner, the people were having drinks, talking about business, some were admiring the beautiful place. The resort had everything including the ocean, giving a breathtaking view. Genevieve was standing by the ocean, the cool ocean breeze blows through her long hair and engulfs her, causing goosebumps to rise on her arms. The sea was not like anything else never created. It had a beautifully charming effect on people generally and a relaxing and relieving one on others. The water
"What are you talking about?" Nathan just got out of the cold shower and he was wearing a white coloured bathrobe with two ladies present in his bedroom."My Lord...Thralia is in danger...there's been an attack by an unknown enemy."When Griffin informed him this, anger rushed down his veins."Who dares to?" his voice was gruff.Raya erupted, "My Lord...I think it's time for us to visit Thralia. We've been here so long that our antagonists have forgotten what and who we are…"She had the most beautiful twinkling violet eyes while she was speaking."Griffin
Swiftly he manoeuvred himself so that he sat beneath her on the chair, and she was in his lap. He didn’t cease his bombardment of her senses for several minutes, utilizing mouth, tongue, and hands to cloud her thoughts. He was quite successful; but then, he usually was when it came to handling a woman. He’d spent years perfecting his technique, after all.Raya and Nathan were making love behind the close doors of his grand suite, she missed this, missed him. It's been a long time since he eased himself in her, filled her with all of his love. And right now everything seemed enchanted, she wanted to kiss him forever, feel the taste of his sweet lips.B
"Tell me, cousin. How did I get so lucky today?" Nixer let out an evil smirk while facing the Lord.He scoffed to say, "Nixer, don't play with me, cousin. You and I, we both know the reason I came to visit you…"Nixer walked away and leaned back to the wall, crossing both of his arms at his chest as he began, "First of all, cousin. I don't give a damn why you're here.""Secondly, it's nice to have a rival company. Ah, you know, I was missing you," he spoke in a mockery."Thirdly, I have no idea who caused the murder."With that, he made an expression as if he got an idea or something.
It's been two days and Genevieve was wondering where her arrogant boss has disappeared to.Crawford informed her that he went on holidays with his wife, Raya. This man was such an asshole...fascinated by his wife and yet he plays with her assistant. After finish her work in the office, she went home. The sudden, swift, severe summer storm caught her unaware. She was walking down the old tree road when the clouds started to build. She looked around as she huddled under a large, dead oak tree.Almost all of the houses on this abandoned street were too badly damaged for her to take shelter in, except for the one.
"My Lord, the dragons want to see you…" Cyprus nestled close to Nathan and whispered in his ear. While having breakfast with his First Lady, he excused himself wiping the mouth with a napkin.Nathan has always been a decent yet cruel being, he adores his etiquettes more than anything. While Raya was being the curious one, leaving the fork and the knife from her hands, she gently folded her hands at once. With a snap of her fingers, she asked for Griffin to come to her service. In this magical land, no one has to act like humans, the witches were common in Thralia.
On a fine evening, a woman was sitting before a mirror letting the makeup artists working their magic on her pretty face. Her sharp gazes moved to look at the woman who was standing right behind her."Willow, is everyone here?" she asked softly and in return, she got a positive reply, "Yes, my Queen. Everyone is waiting for you…"The woman stood up before glancing herself in the mirror, she turned around confidently lifting her head, just like a Queen.Wearing her dream outfit, she stepped ahead. The romantic lace over rich Dolce Satin, slim-a-line bridal gown from Stella York, featured a crystal beaded waist belt and a scalloped trim on its sweetheart bodice, hem and a chapel train. The back zips up under fabric-covered buttons that continue throughout the train. The wedding dress was a perfect a
"You mean to say my father killed my mother?" King Nathan asked with a disguised expression.Raya knew it, she was aware of the truth that it was King Edward who killed his wife by poisoning her. After all, she was a traitor, all these years after Nathan's birth, she kept on lying to her husband and meeting another man privately. She deserved death. She was the traitor dragon. And King Edward punished her.The sword which was clutched in the strong hands of King Nathan was slowly beginning to loosen. The urge to fight was no longer there. He wasn't blaming his father or hating him...how can he hate the m
Nazneen's throat was being slit by the fearless Queen of King Nathan. The other woman was terrifyingly afraid.Nathan gave her a gesture and she ran inside the castle with its door being locked from outside and the army of the soldiers were standing in front of it.They had to protect the Princess at all cost. It was a battle between the dragons and the King of medieval times. Then the brave soldier named Cyprus handed the dragon King his magnificent sword. The sword was inherited from him by his forefathers. He clutched the sword tightly in his hand...this sword he was holding right now has been slitting many throats, killing many enemies."Do you remember this sword,
"I think it's time for me to show Lord Nathan a mirror…" King Marcel had this kind of a winning smirk on his evil face.Nazneen remained silent then a plan came to her sinful mind. She turned her face to King Marcel and uttered, "My King, I think I should come with you...perhaps I can help you with the plan."King Marcel lifted his eyebrow in confusion when he asked, "What kind of help?""Look, My King…" with that Nazneen began to tell him the plan she made and soon his confused expressions were changed into a satisfying one.Nazneen let out a secret smirk, after all, she's been planning this for days. She knew she had to tolerate the stupid king as he was much more
*Genevieve's dream*It was a fine day in Harrisburg, the dark clouds covered the bright sun and soon the wind took over the case.Stepping outside the house of her parents, she instantly noticed the fresh, wet scent of earth. As she continued walking, she willingly allowed the sprinkling droplets to envelope her entire body. Her shoes are soaked soon, with each step she took, she felt a puddle of water move beneath her feet. The rain hurled itself violently on the dark, slippery pavement. Her hair was dripping with ice-cold raindrops which plummet to the earth with every mov
This was the moment when King Nathan gestured Willow to kill her and just then the sea witch began to chant in some other language and the banshee woman blasted into tiny cubes of ice.The white coloured snowflakes spread in the room making a beautiful snowfall.Genevieve handed the little princess to Willow and blurted out in annoyance, "I don't know what's wrong with everybody but I cannot tolerate this!"King Nathan was having trouble withstanding Genevieve at the moment. She then turned to Raya and began to yell, "I told you, this is all because of you! Why don't you just?..." Nathan shouted to interrupt her, "Genevieve! It's enough now!"
"Genevieve! Take her inside?" King Nathan ordered and the mortal woman immediately took the little Princess inside with Raya and Willow following her.Walking inside the suite of King Nathan, Genevieve was tucking the little one close to her chest and paced back and forth."Relax, Genevieve…" Raya spoke worriedly then got a sarcastic answer from her, "You don't say anything, Raya. It's not your child or you who are at risk but my daughter and me."King Nathan ordered his men to find the killer and asked everyone to go back to their homes. The dragons were in a panic, they were not accepting Genevieve as their Queen and Celestine as their Princess.
In her mind, many thoughts were racing. Raya was thinking about Genevieve. She remembers she made a pact with herself to accept Genevieve Harper as King Nathan's second woman and the first woman to produce an heir for him.But the assertion between them before the coronation of King Nathan somehow made her in a doubt.Could there be a chance Genevieve would be nice to her? Or would she be taunting her just like she did before?Raya was confident in herself because she was born royal, a princess...whereas Genevieve was just a petty little human, who would die eventually. This brought a winning smile to her face as she lifted her hand to wave just like any royal Queen would do.
It was a beautiful morning in the magical land of Thralia, the birds chirped creating a newly spring song. The greenfield was wholly filled by the freshly grown grass, beautiful spring flowers in various colours blossomed in the front lawn of Lord Nathan's castle.Several soldiers were busy with their work, the red carpet in the field, leading from the Dire valley to the King's castle, the arrangements were being made.Today was the day Lord Nathan was going to be the King. The last two weeks were spent resting, Genevieve was healing from the childbirth whereas Lord Nathan was taking a rest as the last few weeks were so stressful for him.Raya was being relaxed as she was holding
