Chapter six

They all came out of the car while only Travis and Catherine went ahead. "Boss, your mom is calling" The guy who sat at the back with Catherine ran ahead stopping Travis as he turned to face him while Catherine watched him talk.

"Tell her to chill down a bit, I will be there soon,"Travis replied unbothered and moved away from him and Catherine followed behind.

Inside the nail salon, Catherine sat down to wait for her turn to be attended to when Travis walked up to the woman in charge.

"I want her to me attended to." He pointed towards Catherine. "Fast delivery, would be charged an extra five hundred dollars but she still has to wait for this person I am attending to." The woman replied and continued with the hair she was rolling.

"Look here, I'd double it." Travis replied in a cold voice but the woman declined "No".

It was no hard thing to leave the salon to another place but since they were in a hurry, Travis had to auction.

I'd triple it" He said to her and she lifted up her head and smiled looking at his shoe."He looks pretty rich and loaded, and he should be in a hurry too. Let's continue to go higher, lol" The woman said in her head before she responded because it seemed, Travis was already losing his patience.

"It's okay miss, Catherine!! let's go" He commanded and Catherine got up to go away. As they made their leave to go, the woman who was being attended to commented "All this rich people, they think they own the world". She clicked her tongue and clapped her hand when the hairdresser chides her" Don't say that ma'am"

"Umm sir, we are sorry but you see.. this woman over here is on Fast delivery too" She defended but Travis was already out of sight.

"I just missed this bruh, you are a mess", The hairdresser said to herself.

While outside, Travis commanded, "Drive us to the next spa. I want her treated well and peng"

"okay, sir" The driver bowed slightly and they got in, turning on the engine and zooming off.

Travis's phone rang again and looking at the screen it showed "MOM" he sighed and turned on do not disturb. A few minutes later, they stopped by a very nice spa, the building interiors and everything was nothing compared to what they had stopped by.

They got into the spa and turning to Catherine with a smile on his face, Travis asked her "How do you feel? You look worried" He brushed his lips with his fingers as he asked and Catherine nods " I feel okay"She replied curtly and he replies back "better be!!" as they entered into the spa.

Her eyes wandered around the corners and the women in there, firstly she was taken to the spa section and was massaged for few minutes and later to the hair section where she was turned to a magical princess. Her hair was all pretty and peng as she looked in the mirror.

The lady making her hair whispered in Catherine's ear, "Damn you've got such a handsome dude hun!! You have the eye, I mean look at his eyes"

Catherine blushed and didn't say a word as she stole a glance at Travis who sat down motionless watching Catherine.

"So are you guy's dating or what married? He looks so hot" The lady could not help but ogle and spit out her admiration for him.

"You are set to go, ma'am. You are spectacular"The lady commented, blowing a kiss at her and with a smile she got paid and tipped.

While they were outside, Travis comments "You look better at least, no more like a maid"

Catherine twisted her face in a frown, she wanted to talk back but restrains herself. Getting into the car, the driver drove with speed to Travis house first, so that Catherine could change into her dress.

She wore the tight fitting red dress Travis got for her as she spinned in front of the mirror. The maids try to tidy her up and make her over slightly as commanded by Travis. She was not to do anything as far as he was under his roof.

"You look really pretty ma" The maid commented and another one supports" That's true, your eyes are killing" and she chuckled silently.

"Oh thank you dear"Catherine smiled at them exposing her white tooth. The door creaked open, the house messenger got in announcing to them"The boss gives you guys only fifteen minutes, he is running out of time" and she went out of the room in a haste.

Every staff in the house seemed to be in a haste and worked very smart. Travis doesn't tolerate slow people as workers.

"Okay miss you are good to go," They both chorused in unison and Catherine smiled thanking them, she leaves the room to see Travis and a fair lady.

"Finally, you took an eternity" His hands were still clutched tightly with the ladies hand and she came closer to him .

"Can we leave now?" She asked Travis who was already few breaths apart from the lady he held. Travis did not answer her but instead, lands a peck on the ladies lip and she smiled and looked at Catherine who was visibly unbothered.

Isn't this not the Travis who was in a hurry?

Catherine moves takes a seat but Travis speaks as she almost dropped her ass on the chair." Let's go, let's go. We have no time" he hugged the lady slightly and they all move out together.

As they entered the car, the lady stayed in front of the vehicle. This time around, Travis choose to drive and the lady sat down with him while Catherine sat at the back of the vehicle.

Travis placed his hand on the steering and the other hand on the ladies laps, Catherine could not help but stare because what is this? and why is she here?
