Tyrone wasn't angry. Instead, he raised his thin lips with interest.

No woman had dared to argue with him before. But Heather's actions didn't displease him. Instead, it amused him.

His casual attitude ignited a fire in Heather's heart. "Tyrone Elkin, Whitney has no grudges against you. She's innocent! Why would you want to harm her?"

She was like a lioness with her fur ruffled, which only amused Tyrone further. He reached out to ruffle her hair, making her embarrassed suddenly, and she quickly turned her head to avoid his touch.
