Samantha POV: -

"Morning Sammy." Emily came into the kitchen with a wide smile on her face and hugged me.

"Morning Em." I hug her back.

"Umm..thanks for letting me stay last night." she said.

"Tsk!! no need to thank Emily, you are a friend. Anyway, sit down I will serve you breakfast." I said finish preparing breakfast.

"Well...err.......I need to go. It's really important, I hope you won't mind."

"Not at all Emily, you can go and if you need to talk, then you know I am always here for you, right." I patted her shoulder.

She nodded, hugged me one more time and left.

Damon and Jace were out of the city to give an invitation for their wedding. Yes, they were still going through the wedding even after Damon and Jace protested due to Alexander's condition. But Alexander being Alexander, he convinced them somehow, so they ended up postponing the wedding by moving to next month, which was two weeks after.
