A month passed in the pack, and yet Charlotte hadn't woken up. Teddy kept his distance from Anne, as he didn't try to mate with her or seek her warmth.

Even at the company where Teddy's office was, he maintained his distance from Anne and only invited her to his office when he had work to do or discussions to hold with her.

Anne was sad, but she loved Teddy and had been patient with him, knowing that he wasn't happy with Jack's arrival.

Jack had launched a new business in their pack after two weeks of staying at home. He opened a gym, and most of the pack members usually visited there for training.

Teddy and Jack hadn't spoken to each other since Teddy forced Jack to reject Charlotte. Jack didn't stubbornly go to the hospital to see Charlotte, as he was focused on his busy schedule with his assistant, Waylon George.
