"Thank you, for trusting me," Anthony spoke lowly, sitting on the sofa in the other room. Ast. Carson was standing in front of the room and Igor too. Alexander wasn't very sure to let her be alone with his grandfather.

However, Anthony did not seem to mind that and concentrated on talking to Chloe.

"I have heard what happened..." He sighed. "Never thought a mother could do this to her child." He shook his head. "Alice really overdid it. But I am glad both my Alex and Leo have you."

Chloe heard his words and pursed her lips. She wasn't really sure whether to let him know the truth and finally, she decided to say it.

"Alice was not Leo's biological mother." She uttered and Anthony frowned. "What?"

Chloe nodded her head. "Yes. Four years ago, she hid him from his real mother and in exchange handed her a dead child. For years, she thought her child was born dead and kept blaming herself. Whereas that filthy woman has taken away her son for her own selfish motive... But at least, he gr
