Evelyn was set to appear in court as Jazzie's defense lawyer.

When she woke up in the morning, she gently touched her belly and happily admired herself in the mirror.

She whispered, "My precious baby, once Mom finishes this case, we will leave this place with Dad. I'm quite looking forward to it."

The thought of soon being able to register her marriage with Warren and living happily together as a family of three filled Evelyn's heart with excitement.

Suddenly, she received a call from Warren.

His deep and hoarse voice which was filled with allure came through the phone.

"Mrs. Larkin, are you ready to elope with me and bear our child?"

Evelyn smiled and replied, "I'm ready. I'll follow your arrangement, Mr. Larkin."

Warren couldn't hide his happiness. "Mrs. Larkin, you're so obedient. I'll reward you properly when we meet," he said.

He deliberately emphasized the word "reward" with a suggestive tone, making Evelyn's ears tingle.
