Chapter 301

Dylan's mother didn't expect her to say that. She looked at her with embarrassment.

"I'm sorry for judging you," she finally said.

Selena smiled at her. " It's fine ma" she said and bowed her head.

That was where the meeting ended. Dylan was glad that his mother didn't cause further trouble. It would have been hard for him to fight his mother but he wasn't ready to leave Selena.

Lucius had led Selena back to her room and made sure that she was guarded. Andrea was still in her room jubilating. She didn't know that Dylan's mother already knew the truth about everything. Dylan's mother too didn't go back to Andrea to ask her any question she just went back to her apartment and apologised to her husband.

Because of that, she volunteered to prepare dinner for Selena. By the time it was dinner, everyone had gathered to eat. Andrea went to sit beside Dylan's mother and smiled at her. The woman didn't return with a smile.
