**Pov Eleanor**

I had been in the cold, damp cell for days, groaning in pain. No one had come to visit me. Weakness consumed me, and I was nearly wasting away, having eaten or drunk nothing. My strength was waning, and hope seemed increasingly distant.

Suddenly, I heard the creak of the iron door opening. I lifted my head, eyes heavy and blurred, and saw the beta entering the dungeon. He carried a tray of food. Without looking at me, he threw it through the bars.

"Your food!" he announced coldly.

I woke up startled, and with all the strength I had left, I rushed to the plate. Hunger and thirst were so intense that my body almost didn't respond. But I managed to crawl to the tray, desperate to eat something after days of nothing.

As I devoured the dry bread and murky water, I saw the beta begin to distribute food to the other prisoners. I looked at him, my mind confused but determined to understand the situation.

"Where is the Alpha?" I asked weakly, but with urgency.
