"You must think you're so smart? And have us pinned down, but let me tell you, you have not."

"I am pretty sure I've. Look around you, you are painfully outnumbered. Whatever I decide now, is at my mercy. YOU ARE AT MY MERCY."

Dominic was enraged, his breathing increased while giving him a hostile glare. "I will die before I am at the mercy of any werewolf!" He charged towards Theodore.

Theodore just smiled, before Dominic's hand could touch him, one of the werewolves standing beside him jumped in front of Dominic, and clawed him with his big claws from his chest up to the right side of his shoulder, leaving behind a huge injury.

Dominic wailed as he fell to the ground in pain, and the werewolf stood over him lifted his claws, about to finish the job.

"Stop!" Theodore exclaimed with his hand lifted up. "Don't kill him, his king will do just that when he finds out how Dominic went behind his back to attack our pack."

The werewolf growled at Dominic, and took a step back to sta

"Adira?" Theodore called, startled to see Adira standing in front of him, he swiftly walked out of Shira's grip taking a few steps towards her. "I thought you'd be up in the room." "You know I thought…." Adira paused, her eyes watery, while her voice wavered in sadness as she tried to speak. "I thought it would be nice to come check if you were okay, it turns out I just made a bigger fool out of myself." "Adira—" "Stop!" She exclaimed, her tears had now overflown, dripping through the sides of her eyes, slowly streaming down her cheeks. "Whatever it is, I'm not interested in hearing it." She turned around and walked away. "Adira, wait!" He attempted to go after her, but Shira grabbed his hand, pulling him back. "Hey, what is going on?" Her eyes focused on his. "You've been acting strange for the past few days. Is there something I should be worried about?" Theodore wasn't ready to let Shira go, so he forced a smile on his face and pulled her over to his body. "No my love,

  • Destined To Be His Luna    ESCAPING THE PACK

Adira opened her eyes to the white ceiling above her, she sighed and anxiously turned to the window, it was still dark outside. She'd been trying to figure out who'd left that note all night and barely had any sleep. Part of it was because of the whole issue with Theodore, the other was because she already made up her mind to leave the pack, with whoever this person was. She was already dressed in her blue skinny jeans and hoodie. So she got up from bed, took a quick glance at the wall clock, which was displaying 5:30, then walked out of the room. Hastily, she walked through the empty hallways of the castle like she was being chased, heading to the front door of the castle, to meet up with whomever had left that note under her door. Like fate was not happy with the decision she had made, it sent Liam her way, as she was walking down one of the hallways. She tried to escape him, he was the last person she wanted to see. However, it was much too late, Liam was already walking dire

The sun was slowly rising, its warm rays went through the window, straight into Theodore's eyes. He turned over on the bed, placed his arm around Shira's waist and pulled her closer. Leaving them in a romantic cuddling position. Shira immediately opened her eyes, and a bright smile sprouted out from her face. It had been months since Theodore slept on the same bed with her, and since Adira came into the picture, it had pushed him further away from her. For the first, she felt happy that Adira was in Theodore's room. Because that was the only reason Theodore had to sleep in her room, and they had a fantastic night. "Adira…." Theodore suddenly muttered in his sleep, instantly killing Adira's happiness, replacing the smile on her face with an ugly frown. She gently sat up on the bed without waking Theodore, and turned to attentively stare at him. "Please…" He continued mumbling, sweat dripping from his face. "Adira please, please don't go, I promise things will be different. I will n

"Gosh! Why would you do this!" He hit his hand on the nightstand beside the table and sat down on the bed, frustrated. "Wait!" He exclaimed excitedly. "Maybe I can see where she is, like last time." He closed his eyes. "I just have to focus." He tried to think of Adira for a few seconds, but the thoughts of Shira kept interfering. "F"ck!" He grunted, got out of the room, anxiously walked through the hallways of the castle ignoring anyone who talked to him, heading straight to the castle's front door. He was about to walk out through the castle's front door, when he bumped into Adolphus coming into the castle. "Theodore…" Adolphus gave him a devilish smile, almost like he knew why he looked nervous. "Adolphus….?" "Now where are you off to in such a hurry, the meeting is about to begin." "Why are you doing this, Adolphus?" Theodore's face became serious as his eyes focused on his face. "Just be plain with me." "What are you talking about?" Adolphus tried to walk away, through hi

  • Destined To Be His Luna    KILL ADIRA

The sun was now high up in the sky, it was noon, birds singing in the trees as Adira walked through the forest, behind Michael and Lucas in total silence. It had been hours since they had left the pack, she was starting to feel uneasy, it felt like all the trees she walked past were the same, or maybe they were? The last time Liam escorted her through the forest it didn't take this long. "Are we any closer to the highway?" She broke the awkward silence that had been lingering around since they left the pack. Michael anxiously glanced back at her, and continued walking forward without saying a word. She could feel something was wrong, then the phone Adolphus had given Michael, suddenly started ringing in his pocket. "Wait!" She exclaimed, bringing both Michael and Lucas to a halt. "Isn't that a cell phone ringing in your pocket." She gestured to the pockets on Michael's trousers. Michael remained quiet, just staring at her. "Don't look at me like I'm an idiot, I thought on

"Roman!" The other man interrupted them, pulling both their attention over to him. He had walked over to Lucas's body to make sure he was dead. As expected, Liam's body had shifted back to its human form. But revealing a cell phone under his hand. "So Roman, that's your name?" Adira said to the man. Roman glared at her and turned to the man who had called him. "What is it Tristan?" "Look." Tristan gestured to cell phone. It was the same phone with Michael, Lucas must have taken it from him, Adira thought to herself. "Bring it along." Roman said. "It may just be of importance later on." Then he turned back to Adira. "You!" He grabbed her left arm by the wrist. "Will be coming with me." "Not if I can help it!" She made a hard fist with her right hand, and swinged it towards his face. Swiftly he moved his face out of the way and caught her hand. "How predictable!" He chuckled. "Tristan, bring the ropes and help me tie down her hands, she's a little feisty." "No!" She struggled

  • Destined To Be His Luna    WHAT HAPPENED AT THE PACK WHILE ADIRA WAS GONE

A FEW HOURS EARLIER It had been just a few hours since the meeting with the council, Theodore was having a peaceful rest at the balcony outside the throne room, with Shira by his side. It was a date he'd plan, trying to make it up to her as he had promised. Both of them were sipping champagne, talking, enjoying the cool breeze from the height of the balcony. All of a sudden, a feeling that Theodore could not put into words hit him. His once smiling face instantly went pale, as everywhere around him became as dark as the night. Looking forward he could see cave walls all around him. "Theodore…." He clearly heard the voice of Adira calling to him, her voice wavering, he could hear the fear within it. "Please I need you now…." As sudden as the feeling came, it stopped and everything went back to normal. He opened his eyes, and realized he was on the floor. "Theodore…." Shira called, squatted next to him. "Are you okay?" He could see the fear in her eyes as he stared up at her.

The first rays of sunlight peeked over the horizon, and slowly, but surely, the sky began to glow with an ethereal golden light. "Ahhh… Close the windows." Adira groaned, only to open her eyes to see herself completely naked, laying on top a completely naked Liam. "Ahhh!!!" She yelled in shock, abruptly moved back, to see her pants and bra behind her. "Oh my god." Her voice wavering as she picked them up. Liam was still soundly sleeping, like she had not just screamed. "Liam!" She aggressively kicked him with her leg, and he immediately jerked up to sit on the floor as well. His vision was still a little bit blurry, but as soon as they cleared up, his eyes were left fixed on Adira's boobs. "What are you staring at, turn around!" She yelled, and kicked him again. "Oh.. sorry…" Liam turned around, there he found his trousers, Adira's dress and his boxers. "Did we–" "I don't know!" Adira abruptly cut him short, wore her pants and bra, then stood up to look around, only to see t

  • Destined To Be His Luna    WELCOME TO THE PACK

A devilish smile settled on Shira's face, satisfied with the deafening silence that was coming from Adira, thinking that she had succeeded in upsetting her. "A second choice and something used to make you jealous, you say…." Adira started chuckling condescendingly without looking back at Shira. This sent Shira down a spiral of confusion, she thought she had won, so why was Adira laughing. "What's so funny?" She sneered, glaring at Adira. "I get the fact that you being a second choice, a whore and an object used to make me jealous is really hilarious, but why are you laughing?" "Because…" Adira paused and slowly turned around to stare at her directly in the face. "If a second choice can get the dress of the Alpha's mother, and could put the entire hall to silence when she walked in, are you sure she isn't the first choice?" Shira gasped, her chest pumping as her face turned red. She took a few steps back, people seated around who had heard their conversation were staring at her,

“What are you doing here?” Adira finally mustered enough courage to ask Theodore who was just staring at her without saying anything. "Well, I came to check up on you, after the whole Adolphus issue." He paused, his hands were behind him like he was hiding something he didn't want Adira to see. "You kind of disappeared." Adira remained quiet, and let out a silent sigh of relief. It seemed he had not heard about her fight with Laura, her mind started to drift into more relief and she totally forgot what Theodore had just said. “Adira!” He voiced out, suddenly pulling her back to reality. “Did you hear me? I said you kind of disappeared earlier on while crying, are you okay now?” “Yeah, sorry, my mind was a little bit carried away. I'm fine now. " "Are you sure? Adira, I came back here to this cabin to search for you, and you were nowhere to be found. You made me super worried." "Well, I did tell you not to follow me, because I needed to be alone at that time and I meant it.”

  • Destined To Be His Luna    FIGHTS AND LOVE

Shira swiftly walked down the staircase, through the various hallways of the castle, over to the throne room. Then she came to a stand still at the throneroom's doorway entrance. A devious smile settled on her face as she stared at Theodore who was standing at the balcony of the throne room, peacefully watching the setting sun unaware of Shira lurking by the doorway. The feeling of relief overwhelmed her, she felt it was finally victory for her over Theodore. Because she was certain once she told Theodore about the hidden relationship of Adira and Liam, it would destroy any feelings Theodore may harbor for Adira. All that would be left, would be to suggest transferring the bond from Adira to herself. She couldn't contain her joy. "Theodore, we need to talk." She finally walked into the throne room, straight to the balcony, to stand behind Theodore who didn't even turn back to her. This irritated her. "Theodore!" She took a short step forward. "Did you hear what I just said?" H

"Adira, are you okay?" Persistent, Liam stretched his hand towards her chin to lift her face up, despite her obvious behavior of wanting to back away. "Stop!" Adira aggressively held his hand and pushed it away, then in an aggressive tone she continued. "I just need to be alone right now!" "Classic Adira!" He scoffs, his shoulders slumped, as he takes a step back. "F*ck me for always trying to help when you seem hurt. I am the backlash guy right? You know what? I'm done being that!" He walked past her, continuing on his journey into the castle. She stared at him as he walked away, once again, she was getting filled up with guilt. After all, Liam had only ever tried to help. "Wait!" She finally voiced, bringing Liam to a halt. "I'm really sorry for the way I've been treating you…" She paused, tears still streaming down her cheeks, while hugging herself as if she was cold. After a short pause, she continued with her voice wavering. "It's that I've been through so much sh*t just thi

"Yes Adira, that's exactly what I am saying!" "Seriously?" Adira scoffs, and a grin settles at the corner of her lips. "You really think I'd believe that? Like seriously that's the best you could come up with?" "Adira, it's not a matter of believing. It's a matter of being truthful, whether you believe it or not. It is the truth." "Fine…." She folded her hand on her chest. "Let's say I believe what you're saying, which I don't, why would you still go through all this trouble just to get me away from the pack and kill me, knowing I'm basically family?" "Don't you dare say that, you are no family of mine, but an abomination to my lineage. And the cause of my innocent daughter's death!" The grin on her face quickly became engulfed with a serious look as she took an abrupt step backwards, memories of all the times they told her she was the cause of her mother's death back at the conclave, flashed through her head. "What did you just say?" She added, staring vigorously at Adolphus.

"Not choosing is a choice too!" She exclaimed in a loud voice. "You damn well knew that. So stop toying with my feelings when you know, we are never going to happen." "Fine…" He took a deep breath and exhaled hard, letting out all his anger in a loud tone. "You're right. I'm sorry for trying to kiss you Adira, after you gave me the go ahead by looking back into my eyes. I will NEVER ever try to kiss you again!" "Seriously! Giving you the go ahead?" She held her head up straight, gesturing with both hands. "You literally came at me for a kiss, then what? Later in front of Shira you'll treat me like I don't exist? Wait… do you actually expect me to apologize for slapping you?" "Adira, just drop it…" "Just drop it Theodore? You literally just tried to kiss me and tried to use emotional blackmail on me

"Well that was intense!" Lydia suddenly voiced out, drawing Laura's and Adira's attention to her. She had been standing behind them in the hallway, watching as the conversation with Laura got tense. "So much drama over one guy." She added. "Well he is the Alpha." Laura cut in, a smirk playing at the corner of her mouth. "He's every young girl's dream in the pack." "Well he isn't mine, plus it still doesn't change the fact that he's still just a guy mom and frankly speaking, he is not worth all the trouble." She proceeded to walk past them, over to the front door. "Lydia, wait!" Adira exclaimed, bringing Lydia to a halt before she opened the door. "I remember I hurt you last night when I shifted, I didn't have time to ask you this before, but are you okay?" "Hurt me!" Lydia scoffs, and turns around with a big smile plastered on her face, trying to hide how weak she felt. "You merely just tossed me, because you were stronger. You didn't hurt me sweet heart." "Just get dressed, I left some clothes for you in the drawers." Laura said to Adira before she dashed out of the room to go see who was at the front door. Adira turned around and slowly walked back to the drawer which was beside the bed, brought out a black skinny jeans and a red female sleeve shirt which were carefully folded there and quickly put them on. Then looking like a model, she strolled out to the living room, only to see Shira talking with Laura at the front door. Her
