Chapter 80

Once Damon stepped out of the place I glanced at Jason only to find his jaw clenched and his glare fixed on the drink in his hand. The force with which he was holding the beer had his knuckles turned white and I was sure the glass would break any second.

I placed my hand on his arm and leaned closed before dropping a kiss on his arm as he turned to glance at me.

"It's okay," I whispered softly. I don't know why but at the moment I felt like reassuring him. I didn't like the vibes I got from Damon and his last statement about my eyes and heart must've triggered Jason. I believe Damon did it purposely to rile Jason.

"Let's go home," I whispered softly as we got up to leave. Jason placed his hand on the small of my back as he paid and we walked out.

His phone buzzed, and he answered the call. I glanced around only for my brows to furrow as I saw Julie getting in her car on the other side of the road.

I had feelings she going to show up i think she is in with Jason's brother she met him at the bar their out to break them up.
