Everyone in the room were surprised by the manner in which Jessica spoke to Jayden. The fact that he hadn't killed her yet nor send his men to take her to the punishment room, left everyone in awe as question about Jessica's identity filled their head.

"She must be special to him." One of the the maid who was peeping door through the whispered to her colleagues as they all nodded their head in agreement.

Eva was in more shock because, she had never seen anyone speak to her step brother in this manner and even when people try proving not to be fearful by daring him, they ended up dead.

Now, Jessica has done something that requires the same punishment, but Jayden isn't doing anything. As a matter of fact, it seemed to her like he was enjoying it.

"Please, I beg you, let my friend go." Jessica said, going down on her kneel with her eyes already getting moist.

"Where do you know each other from?" Jayden asked with a smirk resting by the side of his cheek, showing that he was having fun
