Homecoming

Eliza opened the door and entered, her gaze fixed on the bowl of soup in her hand. She raised her head to check on Riel, only to be taken aback.

The soup in her hands almost fell off as a result of the shock of seeing Riel's face.

After seeing the person sitting on the bed, a hint of suspicion appeared on her delicate face.

And that was short-lived.

Her lips formed a frown, followed by a playful smirk.

"Why do you appear feminine? Are you a woman in disguise?"

Of course, Eliza knew Riel was a man, but given the circumstances, she couldn't help herself.

Who told Riel he needed to look so dazzling and feminine?

His skin was even more beautiful than hers!

My proud appearance soon crumpled. Her words made me feel violated.

“Shut up.”

"What actually occurred?"

"Be quiet."

"Pfft, here's some herb soup. It will help you heal faster, according to my father."

Eliza sat on the couch after setting the soup on the bedside table.

And I could finally see the soup in its entirety.
