Chapter 26

I didn’t know how I was able to survive that dinner with Sir Greg just an inch away from me. The next thing I knew, I already survived the dinner and we were back to the auditorium to resume the rehearsal and the decoration. Thank God, I was able to survive that, too. We finished at almost midnight, I think? Well, that was for the rehearsals. The Arts Club extended for some hour, I think. I wasn’t really sure because I already went to the Home Economics room right after we wrap up the run through.

I was so tired already that I already wanted to sleep. Thank God, we had more sleeping beds and there were even beds for the housekeeping subjects. I’m not really sure. I settled on one single bed closest to the door. Right after I cleaned my face, I immediately slumped on the bed.
