I pace around in my room, my chest burning with anger and my limbs literally shaking. I cannot believe I came over here for Franklin to make a fool of me.

I thought I could have a chance with him but not only did he reject me, but he chose that...that...I sighed in frustration, not finding the words to call her.

Godamnit! Everyone had envisioned me and him together. We were made for each other. But I cannot take this disrespect.

"My Queen," someone called and I turned round angrily.

"What?" I half yelled.

"I am so sorry my lady," my assistant bowed. "I was told you sent for me."

I took in a deep breath to stay calm.

"Prepare my ride and everything that belongs to me," I told him. "We are leaving and today too."

"But my lady, you have not concluded your business proposals," he told me and I could feel the hot breath that escalated out of my ear and nostrils.

"Did I ask you to talk?" I asked him menacingly.
