May POV

"Aren't you coming inside? I should offer you juice to take," I bent over the car window once I alighted from the car. Lily had just come to drop me off at the front of the gate.

"It's late already. Let's make it some other time. I need to head home early so I can wake up early for work tomorrow," She reminded me, and I nodded.

"That's fine. When are we going to see eachother again?"

"I don't know yet, but I'll find a way to see you during the week or by the weekend. Bye! And don't forget to make progress with my in-law. Stop being so guarded," I rolled my eyes as I straightened my back.

She chuckled as she wined up the glass. I turned and headed inside once she drove off.
