Jennifer stared at Raymond. He was glowing under the moonlight. She was mesmerized by his handsome face and well-built body.

It reminded her of the night, when she almost died. If he did not come to save her on the night of breaking mate bond, she would have lost her life.

She realized that this man was the one who always gave her pain, but at the same time, he was the one who always saved her.

Marrying him was not a bad decision, because she could come out of hell. He gave her shelter, a new life, and a position that she had never thought about.

Suddenly, her heartbeat fastened. She recalled how he helped her in her heat.

Though Nathan was her mate, Raymond became the first person in her everything. She gave him her first kiss and her virginity too.

"Look at the moon, how beautiful it is. This is the best place in my pack from where you can enjoy the reflection of the moon." He stated this while looking at the moon and its reflection, comparing which one was more beautiful.
