Jennifer grabbed his shoulder and replied with a sob,

"Something pierced my foot. It's hurting."

His fingers had already found the thorn while his hand was holding her leg.

He pulled out the throne in one go and she screamed in pain.

She wailed and sobbed like a child. "My foot, it's burning."

He lifted his head and stared at her.

"Who would say that you are the Luna of the Blood Stone pack? Do Lunas behave like this?"

As she lowered her head to gaze at him, the tears in her eyes began to run down her cheeks and eventually landed on his bare shoulder.

"Y-You want me t-to become a r-robot? It's hurting. Why can't I express my pain?" She asked.

She felt enraged. She removed her hand from his shoulder. When he loosened his grip, she wasted no time in putting her foot on the ground.

She attempted to walk despite the pain in her foot.

"You are right. Lunas do not act in this manner at all. So I will continue to walk in this way regardless of how much agony I am in."
