Jennifer's calm eyes could not stay calm when she heard what Keith had told her.

"I see." She muttered in a lower tone.

"You have to do something, Jennifer. Come to the pack house. I will wait for you."

Jennifer carelessly tossed her phone on the mattress. She got to her feet and wrapped the quilt around her body tightly. She waited for Raymond to come out of the bathroom.

The door was opened after a few minutes, and Raymond came out. He was in last night's clothes since he had nothing to wear. His clothes reminded her how long he had been standing outside her house under a rainstorm.
