"One week? What are you saying?"

Jennifer asked Keith as she could not believe his words.

"Just relax. You were wounded everywhere when you were admitted to the hospital. You needed a week to heal." Keith told her.

"But..." She paused, and she did not find any words to say.

For the whole week, she had been sleeping!

But she was feeling like it was yesterday night when she ran away from the pack house.

She lowered her head, and her eyes fell on her body. Her legs appeared to be healed. She could feel that her whole body was fine now.

For once, a reflection came to her mind.

Every time she was injured, Raymond was the one who healed her.

Her chest began to tighten, and she experienced a nagging ache in her chest. She calmed herself by taking some long, slow breaths.

"You need to loosen up. You have to calm down and let us do our jobs. We will discharge you tomorrow morning." The head doctor said to her in a low tone. He did not dare to speak louder than necessary in front of Keith.
