We went inside the packhouse and we sat in the living room to talk to Chandler and he refused to go anywhere without that camera. I guess that was his insurance policy in case I did try to kill him.

“What the fuck do you want?” I asked.

“I want to know what you are going to do about all of these riots?” Chandler said.

“I don’t know. What are you going to do about them?” I asked.

“You expect us to take on vampires?” He asked.

“A lot of the riots are happening on the other side of the country. I can’t protect the people I have in my pack if I’m not here. And with these damn camera’s following my every move and humans now knowing about vampires and werewolves, it’s a little hard to do anything under the radar. They’ll know if I leave this pack and that will give them an opening to attack my people.” I said.

“You can’t leave some behind to protect your pack?” He asked.
