2024-10-29 19:42:56Ivy opened her eyes by a quarter, she felt a little bit muddle headed but she shook it off and opened her eyes fully.
‘Where am I’ she asked herself shielding her eyes from the light, she looked at the unfamiliar ceiling and sat up on the bed.
The room was unfamiliar and full of unrecognizable antiques. Ivy suddenly breathed in, the air felt a lot fresher, she sniffed again, she had never breathed in air that was as fresh as this before. She wanted to stand up but her dress felt heavy. She looked at her dress only to see herself wearing a corset.
‘What the heck’ ivy exclaimed as she stared at the beautiful blue gown on her body. She struggled to stand up from the bed and at last she stood up. She noticed something different about her nails, she had her nail polished with gold but why are they suddenly silver.
If this was a prank that Ivan and her friends are trying to pull on her, she was going to yank their hair until it falls out.
She saw a mirror and quickly but carefully walked to it and looked at her reflection.
Her face stared back at her, she smiled, nothing is wrong. She wanted to walk away but her eyes caught something weird on the mirror. Her mouth hung open as she looked at her eyes. One of them was blue while the other was brown. She heard some voices and she looked out the window which was near the mirror. She saw soldiers wearing armors, she looked further outside the walls/fence of the building and she saw some women wearing low and high quality corsets and men wearing shirts and normal pants.
Her eyes alternated between the mirror and the window, after some seconds she let out a loud scream.
Everyone in the building was frightened when they heard the scream; most people thought someone attacked lady because the scream came from her room. A young man who was shirtless is training arduously, when he heard a familiar voice screaming he bolted the direction of the young lady room in anxiousness. If something happened to her the duke will never be able to forgive him.
In no time he reached the entrance of her room and he barged in rather too loud. He met ivy sitting on the floor like a lost puppy; she looked like she had lost everything she had in life which in fact she did. He sighed in relief, she didn’t notice him yet so he planned to sneak out quietly but when he moved his feet she jolted out of her day dream.
Ivy looked at the unfamiliar yet oddly familiar man staring right back at her. She gulped as she glanced at his perfectly formed six packs and his cute face. He looked Asian and he wore ear rings.
‘Lady Ivory’ he man greeted respectfully.
Ivy wanted to get up but she didn’t think too much on the ‘lady ivory’ he called her because she was too embarrassed to be seen like a lost puppy by an incredibly handsome fellow, while trying to stand up she slipped and fell flat on her face.
‘Ooww’.
‘My lady are you okay’ the man said trying to lift her up, when he saw her face he paused, tears runned down her pale cheeks as her watery eyes stared at him. His heart started to beat a little faster but unknown to him it was actually a ploy.
Ivy leaned closer to him while she thought of some crazy things in her mind. ‘sorry handsome but I have to do this *sigh* what if I have been genetically mutated by a bunch of evil scientists who want to use me as a bioweapon to destroy continents, what if this is a village of human bioweapons, if that is so I have to be extra careful’.
As she leaned closer to him she prepared to strike him in the neck then she felt a sudden drowsiness.
‘Not again’ ivy thought as she succumbed to darkness.
‘Where am I’ she asked herself shielding her eyes from the light, her eyes adjusts to the light gradually. The sand under her feet was exactly like the sand found at the beach, she was a little bit thirsty. The place felt cold but oddly she felt comfortable. She saw plants some meters away, she smiled and ran forward. Her joy turned to sadness when she saw a puddle of clean water.
‘What the heck’ she said to herself, she sighed and kneeled near the puddle to drink the water, she saw her reflection smiling back at her in the puddle. Ivy wanted to scream but she felt sharp jolt of pain in her brain, she wanted to scream but nothing came out of her mouth, she felt as if someone was shoving thing in her brain.
After a while it all stopped, she sat up and noticed she had memories which were not hers rather ivory, the body of the girl her soul was in.
The world was she was a moment ago was not earth from but rather another world out of the numerous world out there, in this place they had powers.
Ivy sighed to herself why did it look like she was in a fantasy novel. She is living in Rina city, capital of the Mocha Empire.
The three group of people who existed in this world; Elementals, Witches and Healers. The elementals could be further divided into four which are; air, water, fire and earth. Two out of four could be further divided which were water and earth. The water elementals had those who could control water or ice while earth had those who could make boulders appear from the ground or could control plants.
Ivy sighed. This was a world where the weak had to fear the strong and one mistake could get the weak instantly killed while the strong would go scot free. If she wanted to survive and go back to earth she had to be strong. Ivy had a very strong feeling she was not dead yet.
Witches had their wands, they cast spells and made potions, witches were accepted here but dark witches which followed the way of darkness were cast out.
Healers were those who could heal people, they are like modern day doctors. They have no way of defending themselves so they mostly used swords but fighting with a healer could be a bit troublesome, powerful healers wouldn’t die unless they have their heart stabbed. If their heart isn’t stabbed then they would regenerate their body again.
They all had stages of their powers which could be called phases, phase 1 been the least powerful and phase 10 been the most powerful.
