I got the distinct feeling that this uncle was not well liked here. I looked at Ruari, but he told me that he would explain later. Cora practically sneered when she was telling Mark and Ruari this uncle called. I could hear Mark growling while he was on his phone. I was guessing the talk was not going well. Mark still had a scowl on his face as he walked back into the room, and I could hear a low growl coming from him.

“Well?” Ruari asked.

“He is not coming. I told him he is not welcome here and that we have already made everyone aware that he was on his way. I explained that him and his son would be denied entry if they showed up. I made it clear that if they ever spoke to your mother like that again that I would personally make sure he was put in the hospital. He told me I was being ridiculous and that is when I told him to try and show up here and see what happened.” Mark told us.
