“I want as much intel on those two; these are not your average type of soldiers, especially Fred.”
“Yes, boss, but for how long we will be here? This place is far from our families, boss.”
“Until we can figure out who they are, we made a narrow escape because of your idiocy for bringing them to my place; your screw-up cost the life of my two guards and Malik; I should be sending you out there to clear up the mess you have made.
“Boss, we can't find anything on those guys; it's as if they are ghosts; we have pulled the footage from the CCTV to the server, ran a facial recognition, and could find nothing.”
Jamil is sitting by the window, reading his white pearl beads. “I have a bad feeling about this; maybe we should have assisted them.”
“Boss, how would you like us to proceed?”
“Hussain, bring them to me; use all the manpower we have; they have to still be around here.”
“They will target us; we should inform the Lucifer of what
The door by the house is open, and the family is there. Joshua steps in and sees Winter lying on the bed as her brother comes out of the bathroom bare chest with his American tattoo and a hand tattoo holding dollars. “Jonathan, how are you?” Joshua says. “I am good; hey, I met this girl down the road; she said she saw your sister at some crack house; maybe it was just a friend she was visiting.” Joshua nods, not wanting to speak about it, as this is the first time he has heard of this. Winter was wearing a flowery dress as she looked up at Joshua, letting out a faint smile, “Nothing happened between Darryn and me.” “It did not seem that way, but that is not why I am here.” Joshua looked over at Johnathan. “I know what my dad told you; my contact has informed me.” “What is he talking about, Johnathan?” “His dad wants to know what had happened and why the hard living came after us; he had known about Kurt killing Darryn,
He hopes she doesn't know his heart is in the palm of her hand. Joshua has been manipulated and deceived before. He has his flaws His heart has been broken from time to time. He wouldn't have to tell her twice because she knows her heart is only his. Joshua always wished her the best, and the best will always be him. Winter turned away from him and hurried out the door. He became angry because his dad raised him into the monster he was. He let her in his life; the least he could've gotten was a consideration. He thought about her leaving him permanently, and it made him furious. Joshua was shaking in anger. He needed to break something. He turned to his side and spotted the first thing. Joshua groaned out of anger and punched the window. The chips of glass dug into my knuckles and bled profusely, but he could care less at that point. The large pieces of glass eventually broke down after tumbling onto the shelf and into the tub.
Larry, “Boss, we got those guys.” “Good says take them to my dungeon.” As Lucifer dismisses them, “Larry, stay. I need to talk to you.” “Yes, boss?” “Well, since you did exceptionally well on that trip to Iraq and found these bastards who hurt my son. I got you something.” As they walked out to the garage, which was covered with a rug, “that's yours.” Larry pulled off the rug, revealing a diamond black JAGUAR XRJR-15.” “Thank you, boss.” Larry climbed into it and felt the leather interior, the smell of a new car. He then stepped out. “Boss, permission to take this vehicle to my place?” “Permission Granted. But first, we need to discuss something.” Lucifer lit his cigar in the Garage. “Yes, boss?” “Well, there is this girl my son is dating, and her brother’s who is American. I think it's the Americans who did this to my son.” “Boss permission to speak?” “Granted!”
“So, will you tell me who sent you or not?” Lucifer stood next to him, gripping the pliers filled with blood. Strapped to the chair, Lucifer grinned at the guy his men caught. “How much more pain can you take?” He took his cigar and burned it on the open flesh wound of the broken nail. Screaming in agonizing pain, he pleaded to be killed instead of staring death in the eyes and being tortured every second that went by; Lucifer sat there and lit another cigar. “So, are you going to tell me who sent you?” Lucifer stood up and walked around the twenty-eight gang member, “you killed an innocent girl; you will tell me who sent out the order.” Lucifer patted him on the shoulder. “If you don’t speak, you know what happens.” Larry enters and kicks over the chair covering his mouth with a wet cloth. “It has been one long day; you better speak up.” Just before the guy is about to pass out, Larry removes the cloth. “Who sent you?”
Tiffany, “Are you home?” No Response; Mrs. Morningstar walks to Tiffany’s room and opens the door; she is not in her room. “That s strange her phone is off.” Concerned, she walks over to Joshua's room. “Have you seen your sister?” Joshua is lying on the bed with his headset on; he does not hear his mother until she walks over to him and removes his headset. “Sorry, mom, I never heard you.” “Have you seen your sister?” “No, mom, I have not. Is she not over by one of her friends?” “I do not know; she never told me she is going anywhere.” “Nothing new, mom.” Joshua stands up from his bed and gets dressed as his other exits the Room, “mom, I will be back in an hour.” “Where are you going to?” “To a friend, if you need anything, my phone is on.” “Okay, son, be careful out there.” He heads over to Rochelle, a friend from school. He met her in the secondary school where he
Down in the dungeon, Lucifer watches Larry torture the Americans.“Where do we find Mr. Smith.” Larry has an iron rod and a metal plate with Lucifer's name.Larry heats the metal plate, rolls up his shirt's sleeves, then orders his guys to hold out the American's feet, burning them with the stamp of Lucifer's name under their feet.“You have killed my daughter and torn my family apart; what I have in mind for you is worst than the thought of what might happen in hell.”Larry snaps his fingers as a guard opens a brown door leading to an office, walking out barefoot and scared of the loved ones of the guys he is torturing.Lucifer is excited to see Larry's method of getting through to people grinning; Lucifer has his one shoe up on a chair, peeling an apple waiting in anticipation to see what Larry has planned.Larry removes a butcher knife from the table. He then walks over to the Americans.“I want
Growing up was never as easy for Joshua and Tiffany as for their lifestyle. From the age of ten years old, Joshua remembers gang violence. Joshua remembered he had always been the one to protect his sister. The area he grew up in was a ghetto. Merchants and drug addicts stood on corners looking for a way to maintain their habits. Joshua would never have thought he would ever use drugs. He saw how drugs made people lose pride and neglect their Hygiene. The house he grew up in was huge, but he thought his dad had an ordinary job as he always saw his dad leaving in a suit.He was always well dressed, and the cars his dad drove were always in a Garage, barely on the road as he the SUV picking his dad up every day.He never imagined his dad being the kingpin of all the drug lords. He could never understand why people carried this tremendous amount of respect for him when he passed them. He thought it was the way of life.Tiffany had her friends at school; they
The rain is pouring; it's thundering while Joshua is on his phone waiting for a text from Winter. It's been a while since they spoke. He tried to videocall her; however, her phone was off "fuck, why does she own a phone? If it's never on?”He goes to Facebook and scrolls through her profile. All her high school year pictures are uploaded; she always has that fantastic smile. Scrolling through her contact list, he sees her ex-boyfriend is on her contacts. He scrolls further through her Facebook page; he can't help but notice how in love they look in every photo. Scrolling further down her profile, he reached the section where she put up her relationship status with her ex-boyfriend, which was never updated. Clicking on his name, he sees her under his mutual friends.Sitting up straight on the bed, he now takes a small sachet of cocaine out and sniffs five lines; it makes him feel calm and happy. As he scrolls through the profile of her ex-boyfriend, he noti

“Juliet, what’s wrong?” Tiffany walks up to her.“Nothing,” says Juliet staring up at Tiffany with tears.“Hey, we are here now for you. You're not alone.”She stands up, wiping her tears. “I am sorry, it's just,” she pauses and faintly smiles.Joshua then walks out of the room to inspect the other room. The other room has a queen-size bed with a balcony. Its wooden floor is shiny, as if it has been recently varnished. The long gold curtains blend in with the floor, and the bed has a white comforter. Looking outside on the balcony, it’s dark, but the fresh smell of the rain has him drawn to the view. He goes inside, asking Juliet if he can get that room.“Sure,” she says, “that was my room before.”“Oh, sorry,” says Joshua, “I never realized. I would not mind taking any room.”“No, no, it's ok,” says Juliet, “I
“My brother is an accurate shooter,” says Tiffany as she drives off.“Those are some lousy firemen,” she says as she pulls over and lets Joshua take over the steering wheel.“So, where are we heading?” says Tiffany to Joshua.Joshua looks for an answer, “where ever the wind blows us.”“There is this cabin in the woods; it's quiet and away from everything. It belonged to my grandmother and has been empty since. It has power. It's not so far from where we are. Perhaps we can head there?” Juliet says.“And what about Andrea she will come looking for us there. It will be risky.”Joshua now stops, pulls over at a garage to refill, and goes inside to get snacks. Juliet goes in with him as Tiffany sits back and watches how well they get along, but Tiffany senses there is something wrong with Juliet. She is hiding something.Joshua comes out with refreshments, lots of swe
“What a mess the storm destroyed everything.”Casey walks around as Joshua and Tiffany arrange new transportation, “I wish I could get hold of Santiago,” he says, “my email has been delivered, and there is still no reply. He goes to the deep web and scrolls through the profile of the best hackers to be his eyes and ears; however, he cannot find anyone.“Hey,” Tiffany says, “let's call Sammy.”“Who is Sammy,” says Casey.“It's my best friend at school.”Casey immediately goes to Facebook and goes under Tiffany's friends to see if she can spot Sammy. There is no information on her. “So,” says Casey, “why are you contacting Sammy? I thought you wanted to get rid of the past.”Tiffany glances at Joshua, “well, Sammy, her dad, and my dad were in business together, and Joshua and I were like kids to him. We grew up in their house prac
Laying towards Joshua, she holds her arm around his waist as Tiffany holds onto Casey for warmth. It's dark and storming outside as Joshua and Casey are asleep. Joshua, who was warm earlier, is now cold. He removed the blanket from him to make sure Casey and Tiffany had enough blankets to keep warm while the dog was lying on the floor. Suddenly there is a bang upstairs, and he wakes up, finding Casey's arm around him. As he moves it off, he stands up, peeking through the window, but it's dark, and the window is covered with snow. He goes upstairs and slowly opens the basement door. He climbs through and closes the door behind him as he notices the wood covering the window is completely broken. The wood holding the house together is scattered as he moves toward the door. Looking outside, it's dark and snowy. Their car is tilted upside down in the middle of the road. How much worst could it get? Going back downstairs, he locks the basement door regretting ever setting foot in S
“It's storming outside the window, gusting through Silent Valley.”“The generator at least works,” says Casey, “it's just for us to go and buy food now.”“I think we should first complete the mission. Andrea will come after us if we do not get to her first.”“You're right,” says Joshua, “let's get this over with.”He arms himself. Casey runs up to the door covering it, “what if you don't come back?”“We have been through the worst,” says Tiffany laughing, “please move aside. It's for your and our safety.”“Hold on," says Casey, running to her bag and taking out a gun.“Wait, hold on,” says Tiffany, “I thought you said you can't use a gun?”“About that, I lied. I did not feel like going out in the cold and knew Joshua could handle himself.”“And what about,” Tiff
Turning around, Joshua bends and grabs the gun twisting the person's arm. When he turns around, more inmates stand there, “there are seven, not six of them. Ghost, how did we miss this one?”“I am not sure, Sir. My system never picked up the seventh one. It's weird, though. My system just crashed.”“Hold on, Ghost. So you knew we were here, I take it?” he says to the guy.The guy refuses to answer as Joshua twists the hand more, “fine,” the guy screams as the other six guys now have their guns facing Joshua and Tiffany. The guy who was interrogating Tiffany now steps forward. “So, you the Joshua we were waiting for? The so-called cold and dangerous Joshua, who killed his own Father. You fools, you fell right into our trap. You see, that girl is not a hostage. Steve untie her,” he laughs, “that is your dear friend Andrea. Let's say she was not dead when she fell,” he smiles. He removed the bag from her head, “she is the brains behind this. Since we knew your girlfriend would kill herse
“Relax,” says Tiffany to Casey, “you will be fine.”Casey grins, “I know I have been through the worst.”Joshua and Casey now head off back to bed. “It’s freezing,” Casey says, “I thought this place was hot.”“Well, it's that time of the year when nighttime is cold and the day is sweltering.”Laying next to Joshua, Casey's heart is racing at his body heat. All she wants to do is just hold him.She then turns to face Joshua, making it as if she is asleep.Tiffany whispers to Joshua, “don't you think we should send her back home? Because we are endangering her life.”Joshua turned on his side, facing Tiffany, “let's talk in the morning. It has been a long day.”“Yes, it has,” she smiles, holding her pillow tight.“I miss mom,” she whispers as her eyes start to water, reflecting on all their fantasti
“No, there is nothing to sell,” Tiffany laughs, “it is just we like our space, and I think it's best you go back home.”Casey glances in the mirror to look at Joshua, hoping he will say something. Joshua glances and looks at the road. “So,” she changes the topic, “Tiffany, who is the lucky guy in your life?”“No one,” Tiffany laughs.“Come on, you can tell me.”“Nothing to tell,” she smiles.“And you, Joshua?”“Oh, he has a girlfriend,” Tiffany lies, “they have been dating for years.”“Ok,” says Casey looking down at her phone.Arriving in a silent valley, they can't help to notice how quiet the place is. There are broken windows and no one in sight. “Why is this place so quiet?” Tiffany says.“Well,” says Casey, “there was a virus outbreak that killed half the
