NIXIE’s POV

Now that I thought about my father, I wondered why she did not inform him about whatever it was that had happened to her or was wrong with her before she came to meet me.

I mean, he was one of the best in giving advice to people and we all had gotten even more than half of our wisdom today from him so I wondered why she did not speak to him yet.

Even she had affirmed how she had learnt so much from him and how she said she had wanted to be like him or myself in the future.

That is even if I was like him and I did not even know what to say to reply to her that day so I kept mute and gave her a smile afterwards.

Maybe I would have had the confidence to tell her that I was just like my father if I had known him before this time.

It hurt me indeed that I did not get to know him early because I feel that if I did, then I would be the best person to be like him because I already looked like him in character even without being around him for a long time or for long enough.
