I looked around as Jacob swung his hands. The guards were not there and the ones that were weren't plenty. They weren't much anymore. Where had they gone to?

"Where are the guards?" I asked and Jacob chuckled.

"They are dead, Luna Alana," he said as he immediately went serious. "They are all dead. All killed by your former mate, Alpha Lucian." My eyes widened as I heard what he said. There was no way that could have happened. Lucian had not even come here. If that had happened, Titan would have told me. All that Jacob just said could not be true.

But still, the stompings, growls and shouts that I had heard from inside. It was so loud and violent and I knew some werewolves were fighting. When I came to the gate and saw Titan coming back to the pack compound, I had thought that maybe he had gone to fight a rogue. He didn't tell or explain to me what GE had gone there to do so there still was a possibility that he had gone to fight with Lucian. If he had, why didn't he tell
