She then raised her hands in the air and at once, all the witches stopped their laughter. The way everything went in sync here really scared me.

"I like the irony of your statement, Lucian," Queen Zelda said as she twirled her hands, causing the bottle and the wine to disappear and a napkin to appear out of thin air. She grabbed the napkin and wiped her mouth as she said, "I wonder why you would come to me for such considering how powerful and almighty you werewolves are. But still, even though you lot banished us witches, you still come to us for help to show that we are at the top of the food chain in the supernatural world." I knew exactly what she was trying to do. She was trying to make me feel guilty for coming here so she could use me as a pawn to do whatever she wanted. What she didn't know was that she was a pawn in my own game.

"Me coming to you for help is also going to be of gain to you, Queen Nelda," I said and she leaned forward on her throne.
