CHAPTER 5

Bella yawned briefly. Feeling that half of hers soul was still in the dream. The girl grumbled at Stevano's missing figure behind the door. The man was very annoying, even though Bella still wanted to curl up to share warmth with the mattress.

There was nothing Bella could do but to obey the host. She was just a little cat that Stevano was lucky to pick up. There is no reason for Bella to argue with the man who has given her the comfort of sleeping in a large, luxurious, and beautiful room.

Bella removed the soft blanket that accompanied her to sleep. Then fold the blanket to make it look neat before getting out of bed. And go to the bathroom to carry out hers routine every day.

Bella really gasped with the bathroom in her room. She thinks this bathroom is small, when seen from the outside. Apparently not, this is too broad to be used only for oneself.

There is a nice made shower in the bathroom. Do not forget the toilet seat and large bathtub equipped with aircon water heater. Bella laughed to herself. With this, she wouldn't feel cold if she took a bath at midnight. Bella thinks her life will change from now on. For the better, maybe?

"When are these clothes here?" Bella muttered softly.

Without thinking anymore, Bella immediately chose one of the clothes that hung beautifully in the cupboard. Wear it fast before the arrogant man comes and again gives her a scathing remark for not getting down quickly.

Bella looks many times prettier after she wears a light green sleeveless dress and a bottom that is only fifteen centimeters above the knee.

So sexy.

Bella snorted, she couldn't find any longer than this. Everything was the same, neither skirt nor trousers exceeded the knee. And that made Bella feel uncomfortable.

Is this the bad guy's taste? A woman in a seductive sexy dress?

Tch.

Bella didn't have the slightest intention of teasing Stevano. The man was violent and Bella didn't like him. It was terrifying if the guy ever hit Bella somewhere. Bella was sure the man could bruise her, or even break her bone.

After combing her hair, which fell everywhere. Bella hurried to the door and got ready to go down.

And sure enough. After Bella came down and headed for the dining room to join breakfast, Stevano was already sitting in one of the chairs there. Did not turn him gaze to Bella as the girl approached.

"You don't have legs? It would take you so long to just come down. You crawled all the way up here?" said Stevano, making Bella, who was pulling up the chair, grimace. This man's mouth really, hurts.

"Sorry, sir." Bella looked down, discouraged her from sitting down and joined the meal with the man. Even though hers stomach had been struggling since last night asking to be filled. Oh, my God.

"I told you to call me Stev! You think I'm that old, huh?!"

Bella is getting scared. All she could do at this point was to comply with the man's wish so as not to become more angry.

"Very well, Stev …" Bella didn't dare look into the man's eyes, who were as sharp as an eagle and ready to skin someone alive. Too terrible that Bella could only bow in silence. Dare not make a sound.

Meanwhile Stevano raised an eyebrow high as the girl in front of him did not immediately sit down and just stood in silence.

Stevano chuckled.

"You want to be a statue?" Stevano said sarcastically. And Bella could only bear with her heart to face Stevano's hurtful words.

Bella immediately pulled a chair and sat down to eat. She felt uncomfortable eating alone with Stevano. A mansion this big, is it only that man inhabited? Bella didn't forget that there was Lucy too last night. But, Bella doesn't know where Lucy went. Bella thinks Lucy also lives here. Too bad a mansion this big and luxurious is so quiet.

Bella doesn't really think about anything else that doesn't matter. The priority now is to eat, her stomach keeps ringing when she sees the many delicious foods that are served on the table.

Bella is really hungry now. And Stev who saw that was silent, did not give any comment to the girl who was now eating like a hungry cat.

Stev smiled faintly. Bella is a pathetic little cat.

Stev does not continue eating when he sees Bella who is eating gravely.

Pouring wine in a glass, then drinking it slowly. Feel the cold sensation running through his throat.

Stev licked his lower lip slowly, when he felt a speck of wine was missed there.

His eyes could not leave Bella. Keep watching her like a lion aiming for small prey like a rabbit.

Stev smiled faintly. Bella is not a rabbit. She is a small cat who has fallen into the trap of his life.

Stev's brows knit together as Bella slowly put her cutlery down. Do not continue to eat the remaining half. Of course Stev was confused by the girl's suddenly changing expression. To be sadder.

"Why? The food isn't good?" Stev asked the girl.

Bella looked up to Stev with a pleading look.

"Stev ..." Bella called the man quietly, the girl seemed to want to cry right now. And Stev did not understand what the girl was thinking.

"Hn?"

"May I—," Bella took a short breath before continuing, "—see how Sean is?"

Stev placed his wine glass on the table, making a loud sound that contrasted sharply with the silence of the dining room.

"No." The man hissed.

Bella gave a short sigh, she had expected this before. Stev won't let Bella come out to see how Sean is. And Bella was really worried about Sean since last night.

How is Sean doing now? Has it improved or not?

Bella took a deep breath before turning back to begging.

"Let me out, Stev. I won't run away."
