Chapter 103

After last night's conversation, Naya decided to go back home while Kenzo remained at her mother's house until at least Arka's problem was resolved. 

Although she wasn't entirely sure, Naya tried to trust Arka.

"Let me take care of it, you just rest."

Unable to bear the thought of his wife having to clean up the mess he had made, Arka planned to take over the task so that Naya wouldn't get tired. After all, the mess in he house was he doing, he was the one who had to clean it up, not Naya.

"No need, it'll be done in a minute. You'd better eat, I cooked for you earlier. You must not have eaten since yesterday right?"

"Eat first, after everything is done, I want to talk to you."

Arka nodded and followed Naya's orders. The man who had just cleaned himself up walked straight to the dining room. Sure enough, Naya had cooked some of his favorite dishes for him. He immediately smiled, if he was honest he also felt very hungry because he hadn't eaten since yesterday. The problem had made him too dizzy to eat.

In the middle of eating, Arka suddenly fell silent. The man really felt guilty for Naya. While he was having such a big problem that he was almost crazy, Naya still wanted to support him. Arka knew Naya didn't fully believe in his innocence but still wanted to support him.

If only at that time he had listened to Naya's words not to get close and see Mauren, but this problem would never have happened. Arka really regretted never listening to that woman.

After a while, Naya finally finishes cleaning up the mess in her house, and Arka also finishes eating. Now the two of them were sitting together in the living room, which had looked very chaotic but was now clean and tidy.

"I found your dirty clothes earlier, they smelled like alcohol. Are you drunk?" Naya asked. Earlier she had also washed Arka's dirty clothes and found the smell of alcohol on them.

Without saying a word Arka nodded. The man did not deny that he was drunk. 

"I'm too dizzy to face this problem alone. I know my actions were wrong, I was just too confused at the time."

"Juna told me that he followed you to Mauren's last night. Last night you went to Mauren's house?"

"Arka, in this situation I want us to be open with each other. I'm trying to trust you, can you tell me how this problem happened?"

In the end Arka told Naya everything. It all started when he suddenly got a call from Mauren, he came to her house because she asked for help. But it turned out that when he got there everything changed, the danger that Mauren said did not exist at all. 

"It's like I was set up by her on purpose."

"How do you know if she set you up?"

"I still remember someone hitting my back really hard. That person hit me repeatedly until I finally fainted. Naya, believe me. I never did anything to her, I swear. I don't know why I suddenly woke up in that state."

"You weren't drunk were you? What if you were drunk and didn't realize you did it?"

"Naya, I wasn't drunk. I was sleeping at home and Mauren suddenly called me. I went straight to his house without stopping anywhere. How could I be drunk?"

"Then what about those photos and videos?"

"I don't know. I don't know how those photos and videos ended up on my camera. But I swear it wasn't me who took those photos and videos."

Naya was confused, the woman was at a loss as to what to do. At the moment there was only Arka's explanation without any solid evidence of the man's innocence. Instead, there was now only evidence against her and Naya couldn't deny it.

"There is only one way to prove whether Mauren has really been abused by Arka or not, and that is by way of a post mortem. From the results of the post mortem we will know whether Mauren has been abused or not. Anything will be proven by the post mortem."

Juna returned to silence. If you think what Yuna said is true. Maybe doing a post mortem can prove whether Mauren has been harassed or not.

"I will try to talk to Naya and Arka about this. I hope that after this there will be a bright spot that can solve this problem. I can't bear to see Naya being bullied on campus because of this."

"Zack. You know how much of an asshole that guy is, right? I can't go against his orders."

Mauren's friend could only remain silent. She knew how mean Mauren was because Zack had been bothering Mauren.
