dropped everything in my hands and pulled her into my arms and hugged her. Irene hugged me back tightly and sobbed in my arms. “Can you please stop all this? Irene was such a handful. I couldn't stay mad at her for long, she has a strange effect on me. “You will freshen up now and rest ok?" I raised her face to meet mine. I took her hand and led her to the closet. I stood by the door and watched her change out of her outfit. She walked out and dragged me by my hand.
