Since I'm the CEO ,I don't always go downstairs for lunch,there's one restaurant just outside the company where most of the workers go for meals but I usually take mine from my office,so I call my secretary and ask her to order for me some lunch.

By 6:45 I'm on the busy road heading to Natalie's. it's not that far from my office so it takes me just ten minutes to get to her place, once in the compound I ring the doorbell and wait for her to open

One of her maids opens and tells me to make myself at home, I ask for a glass of juice and decide to wait for Natalie .I scan the environment and notice a lot of things have been changed,the walks have been painted differently ,some of the photos we took back in France are well arranged in the whole,the house is just magnificent. The house is absolutely beautiful. Natalie's parents are loaded and well off,and her being the only child,she's loved by her folks.

While I'm still staring, Natalie gets downstairs , " let's get going we don't want to keep your mum waiting"

The drive to my parent's house is quiet ,it takes us 30 minutes to get there.

I head to the kitchen to help my mum. Mum likes cooking so she makes dinner despite having people to do that for her. My dad is in his study room ,once dinner is served, everybody sits down across the dinning table and we start eating.

The table is silent until mum decides to break the silence.

" So Natalie wat are you doing with yourself "

" I'm yet to find a job but I guess I'll take over my dad's business once he's retired" 

"Ooh that's great,and Kyle did you consider what I told you yesterday " mum asks

I groan but I still have to answer her.

" Mum I'm yet to,it's been one day really mum"

" Kyle how's the company  and how did the interview go?" Dad decides to save the situation.

" Ooh yeah ,I'm catching up faster than I thought, we recruited some more workers yet to report tomorrow at work"

" That's a good report,just make sure you don't waste what I've been working for all these years" 

" Okay dad I won't let you down whatsoever"

The rest if the dinner is taken in silence,once we done, Natalie and I help Shillah do the dishes.

It's already late when we decide to say bye to my parents,although mum insisted we sleep over but I gave work to attend to ,I drop off Natalie at her apartment and drive off to my place.

Once in the house,I slide into the shower and go straight to bed, I can't wait to see the look on Nicole's face once she realizes the guy she bumped into at the roadside is her fucking boss.

I know she won't quit ,I've done a background check on her and I know she needs this job for her survival.
