"Yes. You are right about that. Mason is not really a bad person. He's...he's been good to me," I said.

I remembered how he had come to my room to tell me that he knew that I didn't want to get married but I didn't need to worry too much because he would make sure that I don't regret getting married to him.

I knew that my life would be a lot better if I developed feelings for someone like him. It would be better for me if I accepted the fact that I was going to become his Luna.

Then, I won't be going back to Alex even though he treats me terribly. But I could not see myself doing that. I was still caught in whatever I was feeling for Alex.

"See? I am right. So maybe this isn't such a bad idea after all. I think you are going to get used to it. Besides, you are about to become a Luna. You will have all the power in the pack. That's a really good thing for you if you ask me," Gemma said with a big smile on her face.

She was so cheerful and excited about the whole thing. I really wi
