As soon as I realized anything was going on at her location, I hung up the phone because I knew I had to act quickly and I was certain something was going on there.

I invited Morpheus to come over to my apartment, where we talked about everything I observed during my phone chat with Isla, including how I realized that she was under some sort of pressure when I noted that she wasn't speaking as normally as she normally does.

"Well... Boss, you did say that you invited her here, didn't you?" Morpheus spoke to me and questioned me while his eyes were fixed intently on mine.

"Yeah, I contacted her, and she must be on her way here by this evening!" I responded to him in an even tone.

"We will have to wait until that evening to see what is going on with her, but one thing that we will need to do here is to shore up our security, and we will also need to send someone as soon as possible to keep an eye on Isla!"
